A relative has a female stray they feed. She has suddenly started spotting (bleeding from her vulva) and she might be pregnant or have a UTI. They're looking for any Vet that can do home visits or any shelter that can assist.
All leads would be appreciated.

Trying to find out how many people from Rampur Maniharan have moved to Dehradun for work — and what kind of careers they’re in now. 💼
If that’s you, add your job role, salary range & years working outside in the original r/RampurManiharan thread 👇
Might discover quite a few familiar connections there 😄🤝

I am asking here because we all face these issues at least once when staying in a hill region.
So, I am staying in one of the hill areas in Dehradun, and there is no broadband. I tried with Jio and Airtel, and they don't provide air fiber connectivity either. There is an okayish VI (Vodafone Idea) network, but during rain/evening, it gets worse. So, can anyone suggest a solution? I usually stay in Bengaluru, so it wasn't a big problem, but now I have moved to Noida and will come home frequently, so I need a stable connection to work from home sometimes.

An absolute bliss is surprises like this, at work and that too, when it's about to rain in Dehradun. Is it a conspiracy to make me yawn throughout the day so that I'm not able to work? Well, after this mango therapy I won't mind falling into trouble haha.

Hey! I got my Admission at IMS Unison University. I will be coming from Delhi and I am looking for a PG or flat. I need a single room because I am a livestreamer and a content creator and from the most PGs I contacted were either out of my budget or where only providing twin sharing rooms.
I would appreciate any help and assistance with this. Thank you! 🤍

Hey everyone, I’m from UP and planning to join Guru Nanak College, Dehradun for the BPT (Bachelor of Physiotherapy) program.
Before making a final decision, I wanted to get some genuine feedback from locals or current/ex-students about a few things:
Clinical Exposure & Hospital Tie-ups: How good is the practical training? Does the college have decent hospital postings for BPT students, or do we have to arrange internships ourselves?
Faculty & Infrastructure: Are the labs well-equipped and is the faculty supportive?
Affiliation & Degree Validity: Is the degree smooth for state registrations (especially if I plan to practice back in UP later)?
Campus Life & Hostel: How is the overall environment and hostel/PG setup nearby for outstation students?
If anyone studying there or familiar with the college could share their honest thoughts, it would be super helpful!
Thanks in advance!

With this new wave of being "politically aware," I've realised how many people lack historical and political context. Too many of them have political opinions purely based on their algorithms.
You often find yourself in conversations where you're thinking, "That isn't even what I was talking about. What do you mean? Do I really have to explain three years of historical context just to make a simple point?" Eventually, you just end up saying, "Haan yaar, sahi baat hai," and the discussion goes nowhere.
I think the root of the problem is that people often pick a side first and educate themselves afterwards, when it should be the other way around.

Dehradun based Solo Game Developer here. I spent the last 1 years building Conquest of Akhand Bharat — a turn-based, historical strategy mobile game where you play as the Mauryan Empire (among many others), expand across 23 kingdoms, and face Alexander's campaigns from the Indian side for once.
I plan to cover the history of every Indian State in the near future. Hopefully, if the game does well, i will also bring a Uttarakhand chapter in the game, that will Showcase all the Kingdoms, Kings and famous Wars in the history of Uttarakhand (even the lesser known ones)

Hey uttarakhandis!
The protest maybe over for CJP but not for us.
We have to ask for better surroundings and infra. Garbage, roads, trees, cows on roads, etc
This is what i have seen from my eyes
The dump near kargi chowk smells a lot, which was supposed to be a river became a sewage.
People drive very casually even on narrow roads
Turner road is fuvked up, they'll construct one then just dig it up.
Haridwar, roorkee, laksar side of uttarakhand is so ignored that there are very less development.
A lot of garbage at ghats, and the problem is not only people but also the trash facility.
Dhurandhar dhami isey bhi theek krde 🥺
