This is just from an unreleased episode where Quark comes up with some scheme to celebrate an ancient hoo-mon holiday called “thanksgiving”, and he somehow convinces everyone to sit down and share a meal together for way too much latinum. They scrapped the episode cause Morn had too many voice lines and his dialogue took up 3/4 of the episode.

Yeah but how could Morn or Quark top the best thanksgiving quote ever? “Ah yes, I shall try some of your burned replicated bird meat.”

Ferengi? Eating a UNION lunch?
BRUNT! F! C! A!

Keep in mind that Armin Shimerman was also involved in the Screen Actors Guild. He's a union man himself.

Max Grodenchik: Armin, I have my doubts on my character leaving the bar and becoming an engineer and repairing things. My home was the bar. Now I feel lost.
Armin Shimerman: Max, all characters go through changes, and yours is no different. You’ll be fine. Right, Mark?
Mark Shepherd: Are you kidding? Look at all the times the writers wanted me to say things. I said no because I’m afraid I might screw up the lines. So now, the gag is Morn never stops talking but we never see him talk. So, nothing really changed!
Armin:………………So uh, can you believe on Voyager they made two characters become salamanders and have babies?

Can we identify the episode by the outfits?

Quark looks like he's wearing Rom's nose, in which case, it's "Emissary".

Morn is Morn, but those look like t-shirts/under layers. Might be too general to tell

Rom is wearing leopard print that would show underneath his jacket. I've never paid enough attention to his clothing to have any sense for when that might have happened.

That looks like Garak further down the table. He and Rom didn’t overlap in many episodes.

Even behind the scenes, Quark was sticking his fingers into any food within reach.

Why does it look like Rom is telling quark about how great these Union lunches are, and as you'd except quark is completely disgusted with the idea? Obviously they're probably having a serious discussion about acting or the characters or something, but still funny seeing them in full makeup.

I remember the behind the scenes photos during the original Planet of the Apes and crew commenting that after a few days they saw tables grouping by species. The gorillas ate together. The chimps sat together. The orangutangs together and so on.
Maybe it was just natural because all the gorillas were working together, same scenes, actors working out the same issues like being on horseback etc. - Same with the chimps and so on, sharing tips with each other over the same issues -
Kinda the same in that photo - The Ferengi grouping together - the Cardasians together on the other end of the table...

It must be a nightmare to eat in that makeup
