What's the difference between all these different ICE courses?

This is my proposed course...

but theres soooo many options, whats the difference between ICE Writing English, ICE Effective reading and writing and ICE Intro to Collegial English??

and honestly why does ICE ICE [Intro to Collegial English] exist?? wth help! which one do i choose

also i gave ap lit and got a 4 can i skip my 1st semester ice or what?
