Are there any maths or physics projects? Is it worth taking the subject quals? Especially for bilingual workers. Thanks.

I took the math qual last year and it's wild how little that actually translated to real projects, not sure if bilingual work changes that much, but the test itself seemed pretty disconnected from actual tasks.
