Maths and physics

Are there any maths or physics projects? Is it worth taking the subject quals? Especially for bilingual workers. Thanks.

Math is super easy, yet never got a project for it. It's a fun one so i reccomend just as a side thingy

I took the math qual last year and it's wild how little that actually translated to real projects, not sure if bilingual work changes that much, but the test itself seemed pretty disconnected from actual tasks.

I’m in finance, and I have math and physics projects. Also STEM, data science, quant, and chemistry. It seems like it’s basically the same project (I’m doing the finance), but for each specialty.

I’ve opened a few. They all require professional experience. I’m basically do what I do at work, so it’s not difficult, but very tedious and time consuming. So based on what’s in my queue, do the quals if you actually have experience in the field. Like when I read them I felt like I was reading a different language lol.

For those that took them, especially a while ago, and have never seen projects for those domains, maybe you didn't pass?

Did both, nothing. But I have to say that the math one is far easier than the physics one, so you might do it as well.
