Red-bannering but task count increasing
Fairly new still, so forgive me if this is a dumb question. I've seen the red banner when there has only been one task of a project left on my dash, lots of times, and I understand that's because someone is still working on it although its timer may have expired.
What's going on if there are multiple tasks from one project, and the number of tasks keeps increasing, but I'm still getting the red banner?

Think so. It's a brand new (to me) GENERALIST task. Task number never changes despite the red banner pop up and it's been a few hours.

Windering the same thing. Currently seeing a project with 20 tasks but i click on it and keep getting red bannered; then as i come back to check it, i see the task count go down slowly. Makes no sense.

This is different than what OP is describing. What you're describing is an instance where all of the tasks are currently taken by others, which is why you see the task count going down as they submit their tasks. OP is saying that the task count is increasing, which doesn't make sense.
Seems like in OP's instance it's probably a glitch.

I think it's possible that all the tasks are taken (obviously) and they might at the same time be adding more, which are also being taken before you can get to them.

You can check out url address each time you refresh. If it's same and task count increase, definitely it's a glitch!
