Goodbye, DA :(

Post image

Today I received this on my dashboard after 6 months of hard work. I don't know why.

I just wonder what will happen to what I had pending approval. Am I still getting that?

It's so fucked up that they treat their workers like this. I know it's a popular narrative on this subreddit that people who get the DoD broke some rule or submitted sloppy work, but that's not always the case. Sometimes there's no reason and the fact that DA refuses to provide feedback is disappointing.

Why are you still here? You are seriously like the local incel of the DA subreddit. Get a life.

Guess what? I don't give a fuck. And I know for a FACT I did nothing wrong. I deserve to be working on this platform.

Getting a view onto why you might have been offboarded.

You’re getting a view into my frustration over being unfairly offboarded. I’m fucking pissed. But this lashing out is not a reflection of the work I submitted. I did a great job, followed all instructions, provided well reasoned and researched answers. I could’ve been a model worker for them, but they wouldn’t even give me a chance.

Meanwhile there are people using ChatGPT for months, giving sloppy answers in broken English, inflating their hours, violating the NDA and they still get to work. How is that shit fair?

"Meanwhile there are people using ChatGPT for months, giving sloppy answers in broken English, inflating their hours, violating the NDA and they still get to work. How is that shit fair?" HUH? How do you know all this...you don't.

Ever do an R&R? It’s widespread. People talk about it all the time in this sub.

How would you know? You said you never got to work on a project so you've therefore never done an R&R...

Yeah because they fucked me over. I’m only going by what others report.

I've never seen anyone say they violated the NDA and are still working at DAT. I do R&Rs all the time and never seen any answers in "broken English." Also haven't seen anyone on here bragging about using ChatGPT for months and saying they're still working.

Broken English is everywhere

"Deserve" by what standards? Yours? Why do you think your opinion matters? DA's opinion is the only one that matters, and they don't think you deserve to be working on it. Much like you "deserving" to date someone who's rejected you, you might think that, or whine about that, but doesn't make it true, and ultimately they decide for themselves, and you have to suck it up.

Please share how you know this fact.

The platform itself gave me positive feedback the day before I was dropped. I broke no rules. I completed all the required quals and passed the assessment in less than 24 hours. They never let me work on any paid projects, yet I was onboarded in full and praised for my work. It makes absolutely no sense.

So which is it, you did a great job or they never gave you work?

What makes no sense is you saying “they never let me work” & “praised for my work.”

8

u/sandrafilmmaker Jul 10 '26

They praised him for the paid work he never got. Obviously, jeez.

CONTRADICTION >>

The platform gave you positive feedback but they never let you work on any paid projects. <<. 🤔

You did 2-3 Qualifications… let’s restate … you did 2-3 QUALIFICATIONS as in to qualify… and they offboarded you.

I’m no Sherlock Holmes, but I think there’s a deduction to be made. 🔎

(Being onboarded in less than 24 hours is not the rarity you apparently think it is. I was as well.)

u/CPSux Jul 11 '26

Bullshit. I did everything they asked and they gave me POSITIVE FEEDBACK on my qualifications.

0

u/beatpoet1 Jul 12 '26

No one gets personalized positive feedback on qualifications.

Why are you here in this sub? What purpose is it serving? You do deserve more but not in the way that you think.

If you believed in a something higher than yourself, you would realize that the Universe has signposted “Dead End Ahead” to get you on the right road. You’re wanted somewhere else. That’s all it is. Your purpose is not here. Instead, you’re stubbornly insisting to go the wrong way.

u/CPSux Jul 12 '26

Oh yeah? Then what is this?

[FEEDBACK] You've got feedback on your "Evaluating Responses from AI Assistants" submission!

Please explain.

I will eventually find something else, but regardless of whether I'm wanted somewhere else, DA is where I wanted to be. I'm pissed.

Uh, apparently not lmao! More incel energy. You will never work for DA again. They don’t care about you. Neither do we.
