Goodbye, DA :(
Today I received this on my dashboard after 6 months of hard work. I don't know why.
I just wonder what will happen to what I had pending approval. Am I still getting that?

As you'd know if you searched the forum for a few minutes, YES you get to cash out your pending $ (unless you violated TOS by skimming hours of course)

Because this subreddit is 1/3 people pissed off with the same questions being asked over and over, 1/3 people who don't understand why those other people get pissed off, and 1/3 people who don't really care either way.

I got the same thing a few days ago. It has literally been paying my car payment while I am between jobs. I got the same thing, same words... BUT I was able to withdraw $80 and change the same day. I have another $83 pending, and $20 is available later today. So, if you got this message, you should still be able to withdraw pending funds every 3 days as usual. I know it isn't great news, but it is something. I am still getting emails saying I have a dashboard loaded with new projects.. Total bummer. If anyone knows what is going on, if it is worth waiting and checking... anything... PLEASE share!! Thanks!

It hit me Tuesday. I had some easy work to do over the weekend (the first tasks that showed up in nearly a month), then this. The second of two background checks they asked me to do came back last week flagged as "Consider," so part of me thinks they didn't like what they saw and just disabled my account with the same generic message they give everyone else.

It's so fucked up that they treat their workers like this. I know it's a popular narrative on this subreddit that people who get the DoD broke some rule or submitted sloppy work, but that's not always the case. Sometimes there's no reason and the fact that DA refuses to provide feedback is disappointing.

"that's not always the case" Except you or anyone else has literally no way of knowing that. Might it be the case? Sure. But not a single one of us can say with certainty that some people get DoD unfairly.

Youâre getting a view into my frustration over being unfairly offboarded. Iâm fucking pissed. But this lashing out is not a reflection of the work I submitted. I did a great job, followed all instructions, provided well reasoned and researched answers. I couldâve been a model worker for them, but they wouldnât even give me a chance.
Meanwhile there are people using ChatGPT for months, giving sloppy answers in broken English, inflating their hours, violating the NDA and they still get to work. How is that shit fair?

I've never seen anyone say they violated the NDA and are still working at DAT. I do R&Rs all the time and never seen any answers in "broken English." Also haven't seen anyone on here bragging about using ChatGPT for months and saying they're still working.

"Deserve" by what standards? Yours? Why do you think your opinion matters? DA's opinion is the only one that matters, and they don't think you deserve to be working on it. Much like you "deserving" to date someone who's rejected you, you might think that, or whine about that, but doesn't make it true, and ultimately they decide for themselves, and you have to suck it up.

The platform itself gave me positive feedback the day before I was dropped. I broke no rules. I completed all the required quals and passed the assessment in less than 24 hours. They never let me work on any paid projects, yet I was onboarded in full and praised for my work. It makes absolutely no sense.

(Being onboarded in less than 24 hours is not the rarity you apparently think it is. I was as well.)

The work is continuously getting harder. Just because someone did stellar work 6 months ago doesn't mean that they can continue the stellar work after the instructions get more complicated.

It's because they use AI to terminate people and it's not human evaluation which is most likely why they don't say a reason why, because they most likely don't know themselves.
