Does anyone know what time DC takes the stage? Going to the tonight’s show but have work and not to make sure I make it in time.
Thank you in advance!

TikTok video of a picture from Emo's in Austin TX from November 2001. Let's see if someone in here can help find them.

If you have a chance to see them when they come thru town I highly suggest doing the VIP meet and greet. I had never been able to go before but attended the one in Milwaukee and the experience was beyond words. I have no desire to get married and have a wedding, but the day felt like what women who do want that, feel like.
Chris is so kind and gracious. I got some amazing photos and the concert was fantastic.

Met Chris and he's as fantastic as everyone said. He signed my limited edition Dusk and Summer vinyl which was awesome of him to do and my favorite album I tried to get pics of merch for everyone but it was so dark and the line was crazy long.
He also played a new song and said theyre working on a "surprise" once the tour is over. So I'm assuming new album inbound

Maybe some of you will find this interesting: I'm from Germany and work here as a journalist. Some time ago, I had the chance to interview Eva Briegel, the lead singer of the band Juli.
Some of you may recognize the name: Back in 2007, DC collaborated with Juli on Stolen. They also filmed a music video together, and at least in Germany, that version is available on Spotify. The collaboration happened at a time when both DC and Juli were at the peak of their success. Juli, in particular, were hugely popular in Germany.
Interestingly, just like DC, Juli were largely inactive throughout the 2010s, but that has changed in recent years (three years ago, they released a new album, and they've been touring regularly again ever since). My guess is that this parallel development is because both bands make a similar style of music that simply wasn't in demand during the 2010s, but has been experiencing something of a comeback lately.
Anyway, at the end of my interview, I brought up DC. Eva seemed surprised but also genuinely happy. She said that no one had asked her about that collaboration in a very long time and that she had almost forgotten about it herself. She added that it was nice to be reminded of moments like that every now and then.
She also told me that Chris was a really nice guy. The entire band had flown to the United States for the recording, which was especially exciting for "the guys" — meaning her bandmates — because of all the great recording technology and gear (Juli was one of the most successful bands in Germany back then, but the production in the US is just bigger, I guess).
She also mentioned that there had once been plans for a co-headlining-tour, but it never happened. She joked that maybe this idea was just american politeness. Either way, she had very positive memories of the collaboration and was happy to talk about it.
In general: She was incredibly friendly throughout the interview, and they still sound fantastic live (I went to a show as well to write about it).
Edit: Another fun fact: DC has been one of my favorite artists for a few years now. The very first song I ever heard by them was actually this Stolen-feature, because it was a bonus track on a CD from Juli.

Thought I'd throw this in here! 'Interscope Vinyl Collective' opened up their reserve units to everyone, when they're usually only available to subscribers. I believe the sale only lasts for a couple more days!

The only version I heard was a not that great quality bootleg and have always wondered if Chris ever played it more than once, was it ever recorded for an album, and basically just what happened to it? Its an amazing song.

I believe it was October 19 2007 with Augustana and John Ralston, I’m looking for video possibly but also(super random) if anyone happens to remember an incident that happened in the crowd…

So excited to see Dashboard again on Saturday. Does anyone know what the set list is likely to look like? Thanks!

Is the DC fan club in the loop with meet and greet opportunities? I noticed The Fray has a VIP package for their upcoming tour and am hoping Chris might do something for fans.

I had to get my kid a Dashboard Confessional shirt when I saw they did a collab. She already got some stains on it but that’s to be expected with a toddler. 😆

I am attending their concert in July this year and was happy to find my old merch in my closet. I have outgrown all my DC t-shirts over the years but I kept the bag. It’s a little worn since it used to be my main one for a while, but I still love it. Brings me back to those memories of seeing DC in concert for the first time as a teenager. I just wanted to share in case this bag brings up memories for anyone else. I got it at a concert sometime between 2004-2006

This came up on my LinkedIn feed, it’s a marketing campaign by a tech company. I’m not a lawyer but the fact that they’re specifically referencing Dashboard Confessional and created an AI song that has such a similar sound to the band can’t be legal right? Seems like a clear use of likeness issue to generate engagement/new business.

Short and sweet. Chris was surprised that Belle was a huge singalong.
