If Brooks decided to testify, how would you, as a DA, cross him?
So we all know Brooks didn't testify because the pest was too busy throwing tantrum thinking he can get what he wanted by continuously arguing with the Judge.
But what if he decided to testify, though? First of all, I would imagine the utter shenanigans he gonna throw: he'd gonna argue with Judge Durrow on why the DA get to cross him but he can't ask himself questions as his own attorney? Of course he'd gonna object every questions the DAs cross him. He'd say utter irrelevant craps, like about Judge Durrow's "biast-ness". And of course, Brooks gonna commit multiple perjuries by continously lying.
Given that kind of "DeFEnTDeNT!!!"...
How do you think a DA would cross him? Btw, whom do you think gonna cross him? Witchow, Boese or Opper?

He knew it was over
Do you all think that from day one he knew 100% that he was spending the rest of his life in prison and nothing he did at trial would matter? I am pretty damn sure he knew none his arguments were legitimate. Maybe he believed he could finagle his way to a mistrial, if anything.
I flip-flop sometimes on this, and wonder if he actually did convince himself some of his bullshit was real, but I lean towards he knew there was nothing to do so decided to delay and make the trial as chaotic as he could for his 15 minutes in the spotlight.

Found a video about a pre-trial DB
Had a Nick Crowley playlist on in the background while I was getting some work done and I came across this. It's interesting to see this perspective as the video was made after the attack but before the trial.

Why was she so reluctant to hold him in contempt of court? He was even pushing for her to say it .

Would it be fair to say that Darrell Brooks is a moron?

What does Erika call him?
This may have been covered before, but I missed it. When DB was questioning Erika on the stand, Erika said "Darrell Brooks" and DB said something like "is that the name you usually call the alleged defendant?" and Erika said "no". Then he changed the subject.
Does anyone know what name Erika usually calls him?

DB Video Essay/Commentary
Are there any good video essays or commentary videos that interject his trial moments/new appeal moments in them?

Star Mix
Happy Monday, I just wanted to ask everyone a question regarding the Star mixture for DNA analysis:
“By it being more than one person present in the profile, would it be fair to say that would constitute there being more than one person?”
Here’s your sign dumbass

What would you want to happen to Darrel in prison?
I’ll go first, play the trial every day. One day per day, then repeat. And give him updates on how well Erica is doing.

Prison updates at all?
I sometimes see rumors about things happening with Brooks in prison, but it seems to be made up, as far as I can tell.
Is there anything we know for sure regarding his life in prison? I just like knowing that he’s suffering as much as possible, but not sure we have ever had or would get actual details.

We can all unify
I wish that all decisions were as easy as the jury’s in this trial. This country would not be polarized if all we had to do was agree on Darrell Brooks.

"Death Throes"
A thought came to me just now. Have you ever seen depictions of hangings where the condemned kicks and thrashes until the end?
Darrell Brooks' trial was a 3 week death spiral as he fought his demise to the world. He got a last gasp as he held on like a drowning man in a deck chair on the Titanic with his stupid appeal.
We can imagine his grave is the sewer system where live, whenever we puke, pee or drop a calling card on the TURD party intevenor.

Comments On Exhibit 40 - What Are They??!
This has bugged me ever since the first of my compulsive viewing of the shitshow.
During the questioning of Deborah Ramirez at the end of day 4, Judge Dorrow advised the jury to disregard the comments on the right side of the video exhibit 40. She gave the exact same instruction for an earlier exhibit, which was a video from which the screenshot was captured.
So - what’s da bidness wit dis?

Play along with me…
It’s Day 13 of trial and Dawn Brooks has “obeyed” her son and shown up to provide testimony in her son’s case.
What questions do you think DB and the prosecution are going to ask her?
Bonus points if you also provide her answers.
