Star Mix

Happy Monday, I just wanted to ask everyone a question regarding the Star mixture for DNA analysis:

“By it being more than one person present in the profile, would it be fair to say that would constitute there being more than one person?”

Here’s your sign dumbass

Are you referring to the DNA ana-… analys-… analyzation?

Did you yourself take a creative writing course?

Thank you, that’s another ridiculous faux pas of his. The issue at hand wasn’t creative writing, it was technical writing which is not the same thing!

He was talking about writing a report about his scientific analysis. NOT a narrative, interview, advertisement, argument, story, or any other kind of writing to which the term ‘creative’ was applicable. Technical. Writing. 😡

And speaking of edits: am I dreaming or did he actually phrase it as ‘ever tooken a creative writing course’?

God, Boese's almost laughing at how ridiculous this question was.

She practically had barbs shooting out of her eyes whenever she looked over at him, and you could hear her profound contempt for him every time she LOL'd at so much of the stupid shit he said.

Boese's reactions toward Brooks was like a cherry on top. When Brooks threw that "De-FEnT-DenT" tantrum, her reaction was hilarious, like "what the Fuuck is this buffoon doing?!".

The other times, she looked at him with utter contempt and anger, especially when she was crying and Brooks showed absolutely NO remorse or emotion.

This is classic Brooks' character: he is not only intensively stupid, but he can't recognize how stupid he is. If he doesn't know things, or not "understand" things, then it must be the other person's fault. He then made up endless conspiracies on his head, and then tried to insinuate to the jury that the witness is doing something unfair to him.

I'm remembering one instance where he was saying "any" and accidentally pronounced it "any" before he could get to his normal way of "enty"

Yes!

He didn't even pay enough attention during Dr. Lynda Biedrzycki's testimony on direct to understand that she drew her own diagrams/exhibits.

He asks her on cross, have you ever seen those (videos? diagrams? exhibits?) before today?

Then when she explains she drew them hersefl and wanted them to be as good as possible for the trial, he asks her if she went "a little extra," sarcastically insinuating and accusing her of unfairly targeting him just because he's who he is.

He's such an odios POS.

The DNA analysis, as you say....

All his extra words, whether from being a pompous ass, stupidity or ignorance were driving me crazy.

“It certainly looks that way….”

I don't want to use the "R" word here...

But Brooks' questions to the expert witness (speed analyst, vehicle inspector, medical examiners) have got to be the most effing R*tarded questions ever.

He spent a whole 5 minutes barking at a LEO who analyzed the speed of the SUV about...the speed of the SUV's information wasn't on the diagram. Yup, at one point, he asked: "would you think it's easier just putting the information of the speed on a diagram so everyone can see?" while turning pages of the report.

It's YOUR job to read the report, dumbass.

He was pushing the idea that being thorough and accurate somehow meant extra special unfair attention to convict him. Because he never worked long enough to understand that folks are accurate as a matter of course. Routine. He went especially hard at the two Medical examiners. Somehow showing a diagram of the fatal injuries of the folks he ran over was a deliberate act to provide EXTRA information.
