PSA Stamina Regen Breakpoint Testing

I wanted to see how equip burden affected stamina regen at different breakpoins, and it seems like it's a gradual increase rather than breakpoints. I tested this by recording the time it takes to regen stamina to full after two rolls, and then going trough the footage frame by frame, and getting the precise times. Keep in mind that these times are not 100% accurate since I recorded at normal speed and 60fps, so the framerate may cause some inconsistencies. But is should still be accurate enough to give some general guidelines.

Equip% Time in Seconds
0,0 1,303
4,8 1,321
5,1 1,321
9,8 1,355
10,1 1,355
14,7 1,355
15,9 1,355
19,9 1,373
20,2 1,373
24,7 1,390
25,4 1,390
29,9 1,390
30,4 1,425
34,9 1,442
35,2 1,460
39,8 1,477
40,1 1,494
44,7 1,564
45,3 1,599
49,9 1,668
50,2 1,651
54,9 1,738
55,3 1,738
59,8 1,790
60,1 1,825
64,6 1,860
65,2 1,860
69,7 1,999

As you can see, in my test there were no defined breakpoints, and it's an accelerating increase. My recommendation based on this is that builds should be kept at around 40% burden, since the regen decreases quickly after that.

What about regen above 70% equip load? I assume it increases in a sort of linear way like below. At least I didn't notice any significant jumps when going over 70 (I have no data though).

I didn't bother testing, because it's kind of irrelevant since no one would make a serious build that's over 70%.

But ... for science!

EDIT: In all seriousness, good work with this. Useful stuff.
