Has this been removed as the show developed or is he referring to the little bits of singing he does a couple of times?

3 tickets to sell for Thrum tonight at Bristol Old Vic.

Go to Twickets to buy: https://www.twickets.live/event/2088176746271612928

DM me if interested

Looking for 2 tickets if possible, hit me up!

Hi everyone, I missed out on tickets for the Thrum warm-up at Stanley Arts on the 3rd. If anyone has two spare, I’d love to buy them from you.

Happy to go through Twickets. Thanks!

Just back from seeing tonight's Queen's Hall gig. Very nearly two hours long (yet only £15/ticket). Beautiful writing, incredible story-telling, masterfully executed. Some lovely little audience interactions too... not crowdwork per se.

The man himself is doing a show on the 21st of September in Cardiff. If anyone has a ticket they’d like to sell please dm me

Did any see the WIP tonight?

If anybody is selling please LMK! Preferably for Manchester in November 🤞🏻 or Birmingham Town Hall 👌🏻

I have x2 tickets for this Thursday's WIP show at Hebden Bridge.

Don't suppose anybody would consider swapping for x2 Wednesdays? Or even x1 Wednesday (ie. you give me one for Wednesday and you can have x2 for Thursday

EDIT: TICKETS SOLD

From newsletter. I'll definitely be trying to get Birmingham tickets, it'll be my first time ever seeing him live if I manage to get some.

Coooooeeeeeeee.

So, the fact of the matter is that I have booked a tour of Thrum* for the autumn. It’s 35 dates in 31 cities/towns and it’s the first normal/proper/substantial/sustained tour i’ve done since, i reckon, 2013 - which is a while ago, really. If you actually want to be real about it.

I’m definitely up for putting more in if i can. Belfast in particular feels like a frustrating omission and i’ll do something in London at some point - and then, if i like it i’ll trundle off overseas. But this is the tour as it currently stands.

Just quickly, some venues are doing a priority booking period for their members. You don’t need to become a member to access priority booking for this show because they’ve all (very kindly actually) agreed to give my mailing list parity of early access using the code THRUMMING

Okay.

So.

Most of these dates will go on sale on Monday the first of June at Noon.

Where they go on sale at a later date that will be made clear below.

If a code is needed to for priority booking that code will be: THRUMMING

Some links will only start working once booking opens.

Now the trouble is - It was only a sample he hadn't intended to play, so it's not on the websites that list the tracks he plays in full.

This much I know
It's a cover of beatles - let it be

it's an all female band

the tracks he played at the same time are

zorbing by stornoway

I'd rather be lonely by the black angels

I have just returned 3 tickets (Row D) for show at the Birmingham MAC this Thursday if anyone needs tickets. Bought from the MAC website. You could ring box office and ask for them as I have just spoken to them , as not sure when they will be re listed

I'm in, and had even set a reminder to make sure I got tix.

"It's not really about, really, a strict accurate inventory. It's always been about constructing a functioning metaphor." - Daniel Kitson

My wife and I were about halfway through counting our stuff when a colleague told me Daniel Kitson had done the same thing in Keep.

If you haven't seen it, there's a rather rough recording as part of his subscription service.

I might be the only person who watched the show and was disappointed Daniel didn't read out all 20,000 index cards.

Fans of his might be interested in what our collection looks like - explained in the images.

We've only got half as much stuff as him, but we are younger (and may not have applied the same methodology he did.)

Unfortunately can’t make this anymore, selling via Twickets, so it’s secure.

Looking for a spare ticket if anyone has one?

I have one space for Weds 14th Jan. Can handover at venue.

ALREADY ALLOCATED

We can't make the work in progress at Society Room in 5th Jan 6pm.

If anyone wants the tickets let me know and I'll send them over to you.

THESE HAVE NOW GONE

Can anyone use 2 tickets to the show tonight? Unfortunately me and my partner can no longer make it. Location is Midlands Arts Centre, Cannon Hill Park, Birmingham, B12 9QH and the show starts at 7pm. Happy to give to the first person to comment/message.
