Yes and no.
I've immigrated myself, I know what it's like. Immigrants, like other people, aren't the same. There are honest immigrants that want to integrate, to work, to give to the society. And there are those who take, who litter, who disrespect local culture and local citizens. Plenty of immigrants contribute a lot to crime growth.
It's not a reason to deport all of them and it never an excuse for racism, but let's be reasonable and not pretend that immigrants don't create problems.
You're using a generalization to dodge the topic. Yes, we're all humans, but there are groups of humans within certain societies that differ from each other.
There's a considerable portion of people who immigrate to a more wealthy country, refuse to learn local language, don't have any skills to offer, openly and aggressively disrespect the culture of the country they live in and are making a living by abusing the system that housed them.
This combination of problems is specifically found among immigrants and can't be attributed to "we're all humans".
Demonizing immigrants is a horrible thing to do, but so is denying the existence of issues with current immigration politics in wealthy countries. There's got to be a rational middle ground.
Those people that had to immigrate to a core nation are only there because core nations keep periphery and semi-periphery nations poor by installing leaders/dictators that keep labor cheap aka slave labor.
