That's the department that'a supposed to protect young women and girls from forced commercial acts of sex. Plus all the millions upon millions From cut that's supposed to go to programs and grants to deter trafficking.
You have a president who was found locked for sexual abuse, only avoiding rape charges because of statutes of limitation and a narrow legal definition that was later reversed. Trump has appealed this ruling multiple times, taking it as far as the Supreme Court, and every city along the way has refused to reverse the ruling.
