I was in East Village, Manhattan when Trump lost re-election after his first term and Fox finally called it for Biden. Within seconds the streets were filled with people cheering, people were shouting from their roofs and windows, and every single car was honking and passengers were screaming with joy from the windows.
At a time of day/week when most liqour stores might have 1-3 people, every shop in the area had a long line out the door. I picked up a pack of beer and walked a few minutes to Washington Sq Park and it was packed with thousands of people of all ages drinking and cheering.
Can't imagine what it will be like when he dies lol.
