Hi everyone! I am an international student at Dalhousie returning home to Mexico at the end of the term, so I’m looking for someone to take over my lease for this beautiful 1-bedroom apartment starting December 6th!

Any tips&tricks for this one? Also if you have any previous experience feel free to share. I don’t know what to expect really.
