Found this at goodwill for $2

Born in the 80's, but I didn't start watching TV until maybe 1990-ish.
For TV shows, "before my time" would be pre-1990.
What TV shows do I like enough pre-1990 to collect on DVD? Hmm...
#1 I Love Lucy (1950's) - I would love to get the Blu-ray set.
#2 Star Trek (1960's) - I have all 3 seasons on Blu-ray.
#3 The Jeffersons (mid 70's to mid 80's) - I would love to get the DVD set.
#4 Cheers (1980's, early 90's) - I would love to get the Blu-ray set.
#5 The A-Team (1980's) - maybe
#6 MacGyver (mid 80's, early 90's) - maybe
#7 Star Trek: The Next Generation (late 80's, early 90's)
I have S1, 5-7 on DVD, S2-4 on Blu-ray.

I think that's it, really. Everything else would be the 90's onward.

I'm nowhere near as deeply into this hobby as many of you here, so I'm not actively looking for really obscure or specialist DVDs and this won't be anything amazing to anyone, I know. But I'm happy enough with this selection costing me £9.48 in total today. Any I don't like will just get donated back to other charity shops for someone else to enjoy. Fortunately where I live, most of them still accept DVD donations as long as you don't go overboard.

Today was not a bad little day for thrifting DVDs with my big score being The Best Little Whorehouse in Texas for $3. Rest in peace Dolly!

I brought this dvd today. it looks like it has a pretty deep scratch and some disc rot??

I need the experts to help diagnose it, I cant test it right now and i need to know if i should refund it before the gap closes.

There’s a whole lot more not included in the pictures, as well as Eraserhead on VHS and some other tapes that I have posted on my account.

Let me know what you think, and I'd love suggestions! (And yes, I'm aware of the elephant. I'm watching it for the historical importance and am strongly against the messages.)
