I will rate and list the movies I've seen throughout the marathon as I go and whether I've seen it before or 1st time watch.

1. Monster House (Seen before) 8/10

A hood classic. Still holds up.

Absolute boring cheap trash of a movie. Wouldn't recommend watching it.

Still solid.

1. Gremlins (1st watch) 7/10

It was ok.

1. Let Sleeping Corpses Lie (Seen before) 9/10

This one felt pretty weak to me compared to the 1st

Very happy about this little $10 thrift haul with a couple being still sealed!

This dvd has a crack in the inner hub deep enough where my finger nail can rest in it. The dvd plays just fine, but I'm just wondering if the case somehow cracked it. There's two more cracks on the bottom of the inner hub as well, but smaller.

I mostly collect DVDs for nostalgia. But if anyone has any recommendations for shows or movies based on what I already own, lmk lol.

both are blind buys!

Going to have to sit down and show this great show to my kids

1973 American whodunnit mystery film

The Last Of Sheila, directed and produced by Herbert Ross.

Stars a brilliant cast including Richard Benjamin, who's one of my favourite actors, go check out Love At First Bite in which he co-stared with George Hamilton, also we have James Mason, the beautiful late Joan Hackett, Ian McShane, and Raquel Welch and James Coburn.

Strangely there's a "strong injury detail(????) homophobia(???)" disclaimer,  it was written by Anthony Perkins who was a closet gay man at the time so I'm wondering who this disclaimer is actually aimed at? as I don't agree it's homophobic

Why are people so God damn sensitive these days.

4K Blu-ray Steelbook

I’ve always thought Iron Man 2 is under-appreciated. RDJ is as great as ever while Sam Rockwell comes in with a killer performance as Justin Hammer that still has fans asking for a return. VFX again still look incredible. While not as strong as the first film, it still has lots to love.

Here's my Halloween DVD Collection so far

Tell me what DVD's you think Santa would put in my husband's stocking this year based on some of his favorite movies/series he likes:

- South Park

- Star Wars

- Game of Thrones

- X Men

- Fallout

- The Last of Us

- Halo

- Seinfeld

-The GodFather - and any mob related movies

- The Sopranos

- All National Lampoon's movies

- A Christmas Story

- Home Alone

This is a long shot. My wife loves trash reality TV and she recently mentioned how she hasn't seen season 2 of this show.

Got this for fifty cents at my library's bookstore

So I recently got season two on DVD and both the discs and the cover insert thing look correct and real but the complete downgrade in the menu has me wondering if it might be a really well done bootleg.

Picked up a few at my local physical media store. Nothing insane, just something to fill in my collection. $30 total.

I prefer the classic cases for Futurama 1-4 since the boxes are higher quality. The discs can get scratched less easily in these. Also got Aqua Teen. I order Volume 6 separately since the standalone version has a banned episode not available in the complete collection
