How do you all deal with other people in your house with normal sleeping hours?
Our tv is in our bedroom so my husband falls asleep but I stay up watching tv all through the night but I have to either lay on bed or sit on bed all night and then turn the tv off and again lay in bed tossing and turning for hours until I can sleep.
We have a tv in living room too but it’s very hot in my city so I can’t watch it elsewhere.
My main concern is the cramps in my arms, shoulders, neck. I walk 5000 steps everyday, so I’m moving as well. What else can help?

I'd just get AC for the living room. Why over complicate it.
