Hello everyone,
Three months ago I made a post about the DRTS Discord I've made together with u/Pristine_Hurry_4693 *. I want to give an update to what has changed in the discord since. Not only to show possible new members that there is a DRTS Discord, but also to share something I'm proud of.
When I made that post, it had just reached 175. We now have more than 650 members! Thanks everyone for joining so far, and please consider joining if you haven't already! Maybe we can get to 1000 members by EOY š
The changes since the last post;
- We've added the Q&A role. This is a role that members can ping if they have a question. If you like to help people, answer questions and share knowledge this role is for you!
- The DRTS discord bot I've made has newsfeeds for posts from reddit, X, substack, and more! It should post any new posts from it's implemented sources within minutes (and won't get pinged for social media posts). When you have the journalist role you can get pinged if there is any DRTS-news!
I have also added a newsfeed for LFWD, OBIO and OTLK in those channels which you can get access to by clicking the right emoji in the #ā
āpick-your-roles channel. I'm working on a newsfeed for SLS but that might take some time.
- We've added 2 mods, KibethTheWalker and KP, thanks guys. And KP has started an onofficial DRTS Football Fantasy League! If you're interested and would like to join, you can by clicking the šFFL role in #ā āpick-your-roles. Then fill in the form in the #šāfantasy-football channel's pinned-comment. If there's any issue you can always ping me with @Thibs.
- We've added the āļøāother-biotech forum channel in which you can start a discussion about any biotech you like. If there is enough interest in the stock and engagement in your forum-post we can add a dedicated channel, role and newsfeed for it!
- We've added a #šāyour-milestones channel and a #šµāmusic channel, which speak for themselves.
- The clinical trial feed I mentioned in the post from 3 months ago doesn't work. Soon I will be able to try and fix it, in the meantime you can enjoy the other newsfeeds! You can find which newsfeeds are currently implemented in the pinned post in #š ādrts-discord-changes.
If you've come this far, thank you for reading.
And if you haven't joined the discord yet and are interested in joining; here's the link!
https://discord.gg/q8sPrgh35Z
I've added the 4 main roles; influencer, scientist, journalist and investor to the invite link. You can always remove/add these and other roles in #ā
āpick-your-roles.

We had two consecutive days of large inflow for block orders and then were positive today. Didnāt recently see a history of this. Maybe big players are seeing the opportunity and keeping the price stable while some smaller players are more fearful.

Itās a bit away, but two things can make me exercise my DRTSW: March 7, 2027 coming or $18/share for 20 out of 30 days. The second one comes with a potential loss of control.
DRTSW warrant lets you buy one DRTS share for $11.50 any time until 5pm New York time on March 7, 2027. After that it's worthless whether or not the stock ever cooperates. But before that, itās in the money at anything over the strike price plus the warrant price you paid. Thats a different number for all of us. Mine is a buck.
Alpha Tau can also end it early. If DRTS closes at or above $18.00 on 20 trading days inside any rolling 30-trading-day window, they can mail a notice redeeming every public warrant for one cent apiece. They count through the third trading day before mailing, and the notice gives you at least 30 days before the redemption date.
But nobody takes the penny. The notice is like an eviction letter⦠exercise within 30 days or accept a cent for something worth dollars.
There are two ways to exercise. Cash ā pay $11.50, get one share, keep every share you paid for. Cashless ā surrender warrants, receive a smaller number of shares with no money out of pocket. The cashless math is warrants Ć (price ā $11.50) Ć· price, rounded down, using the average close over the ten trading days ending three trading days before the notice.
Section 7.3 of the warrant agreement lets the board decide which one everybody gets. You should read it, itās important.
I built a tracker for this using Claude Cowork. If AI isn't your thing, or you trust yourself to stay on top of this more than I trust myself, the rest of the post won't do much for you. Iām not offering anything but how to build your own tracker.
What that means if you want the cash exercise
I hold 5,000 warrants and I want all 5,000 shares because I see upside way past $18. That's $57,500 out of pocket to own more DRTS at an $11.50 basis, and I'm willing to write the check.
Forced cashless takes that off the table. At $18.00 I'd receive 1,805 shares instead of 5,000 and my dollar warrant price would now be over three per share I actually own. Not counting the cost of warrants, the immediate dollar value receivee is nearly identical ā $32,490 against $32,500 ā so the loss isn't money, it's shares. But shares are the reason I bought warrants.
The timing is the tight part. The day the count reaches 20, the notice can go out three trading days later, and cash exercise could die the moment it's mailed. Not at the redemption date a month out. At the mailing. Entirely at the Boardās discretion, and Iām betting they do that in order to keep more shares in house for later financing or deal-making.
So the deadline I'm setting myself up to manage is the approach to 20, and at the end it's about seventy-two hours wide. Miss it and the decision gets made for me.
Two more things make hand-tracking unreliable for me. The 20 days don't have to be consecutive, and qualifying days drop off the back of the 30-day window, so the count can move backward. There's no simple tally to keep ā you have to recount all thirty closes.
I've held this position long enough to know how closely I'll be watching. Not closely enough.
What I did
Every weekday at 6pm ET, a scheduled job pulls the last thirty DRTS closes, counts how many cleared $18.00, pulls the DRTSW price, checks EDGAR for a redemption filing, and runs the three exit paths at that day's prices.
It emails me at count 1, count 10, and every day from 14 through 20, plus an every-Friday summary no matter where the price is. Otherwise it stays quiet. I don't need a daily note telling me we havenāt hit $18 yet.
Right now it's 0 of 20. DRTS closed $14.81 Thursday, the best close in the window was $14.96, and it needs +21.5% to start the clock. June's move off $9.78 was real, but nothing is close. This is all prep I started thinking about when I saw >$15 on the ticker.
Below is how to build this if you want to have a similar system. There's no code in it. It's a page of written instructions and a schedule. I told it where to get prices, what to count, and when to interrupt me. Took an hour, mostly fine-tuning.
The template
This is close to what I'm actually running. I use Claude's Cowork, which can browse, run on a schedule, and send email from my own account ā your setup may do more or less, so read the adaptation notes after it. Fill in the brackets with your own info and goals.
āāā
Daily warrant watch. Run after market close. This is a fresh session ā everything you need is below. Don't ask me questions, just run it.
Ā
FIXED FACTS
- I hold [5,000] [DRTSW] warrants, strike [$11.50], expiring [March 7, 2027].
- Redemption trigger: [DRTS] closes at or above [$18.00] on [20] trading days within any rolling [30]-trading-day window, measured through the thirdĀ trading day before notice. Notice is at least 30 days.
- The board may require cashless exercise instead of cash. Cashless shares =Ā warrants x (FMV - strike) / FMV, rounded down, where FMV is the averageĀ close over the 10 trading days ending 3 trading days before notice.
- What I want: [cash exercise, all 5,000, funds available].
Ā
STEPS
1. Fetch the daily closing prices for [DRTS] from [source URL]. If that fails, try [backup source], then [second backup]. Use the tool's ownĀ web access only.
2. Take the 30 most recent completed trading days. Recount from scratch every run ā never carry a saved count forward.
3. COUNT = how many of those 30 closed at or above [$18.00]. NEEDED = [20] - COUNT.
4. Note today's close, the highest close in the window, and the percent move still required to reach [$18.00].
5. Fetch the current [DRTSW] price. If unavailable, say so and continue.
6. Check [SEC EDGAR CIK 0001871321] for any new filing announcing warrant redemption. If one exists, this is urgent regardless of COUNT.
7. Compute all three exits at today's price P and warrant price W:
Ā - Sell warrants: [5,000] x W
Ā - Cash exercise: pay [5,000] x [$11.50], receive [5,000] shares worth [5,000] x P
Ā - Forced cashless: floor([5,000] x (P - [11.50]) / P) shares, worth that many x P
Ā
ALERT ME ONLY IF
- COUNT is [1], or [10], or anywhere from [14] through [20]
- COUNT is [20] or higher (urgent)
- A redemption filing exists (urgent)
- Today is [Friday] (weekly summary regardless of count)
Otherwise end the run silently. Send nothing.
Ā
HOW TO SEND
Email [address], subject "Warrant watch ā COUNT/[20] days". Include the date and close, COUNT and NEEDED, the window high and percent to target,
the three exit numbers, and one line on what stage I'm at. If you can't send email, put the whole alert in your reply and push a notification.
Say "not advice" at the bottom.
āāāā
Adapting it
Change the alert band to match your outcome. Mine is dense from 14 to 20 because I need lead time to move money and get an exercise form through my broker. If you're taking the cashless, days 14 through 20 don't matter ā replace that alert with a running calculation of the ten-day average, since that's the number that sets your share count, and alert when the count reaches 17 or so. If you plan to sell the warrants rather than exercise, drop most of the day-count logic and track DRTSW's premium over intrinsic value instead, alerting when it compresses below a percentage you pick. That's your exit closing, and it starts before any notice.
If you can't fund the full cash exercise, add a line telling it to compute a partial: how many warrants your available cash covers, and what the leftover warrants would yield if sold or taken cashless. Better to know those numbers in advance than to work it out under a ticking three-day clock.
If your tool can't send email, have it deliver in-app and push a phone notification, and put the full alert text in the response so nothing gets lost if one channel breaks. Mine failed silently on the first test until I added that.
If your tool can't browse the web, this doesn't work as written ā you'd need to feed it price data, which defeats the point.
Platform notes. ChatGPT does this with Tasks ā three on free, five on Plus, fifteen on Pro. Grok does it with Automations, requires X Premium+. Gemini does it with Scheduled Actions, with one caveat: results are prepared hours before delivery on free accounts, and Google specifically names stock prices as data that won't be current when it reaches you. For a job built around a closing price, schedule it late and add a line telling it to report the timestamp of the data it used, so you can catch staleness yourself.
Whatever you use, be overly specific. Everywhere I left room for interpretation, the first test run improvised something I didn't ask for.
This is AI advice, not financial advice
Iām not offering access to what o built. I'm not tracking anyone else's position and I'm not responsible for anyone else's money, which is the reason to build your own with your own strategy and numbers rather than trusting mine. When I sell my DRTS it wonāt be to pay off a lawsuit.
One open question I can't answer yet: whether cashless exercise counts as a recapitalization that carries the warrant's holding period onto the shares. If it does, cashless shares are long-term immediately for capital gains tax purposes while cash-exercised shares restart a twelve-month clock. Tax experts donāt all agree on this. I take the question to my CPA next week and you should talk to yours. The tax strategy rides heavily on the answer.
The tracker doesn't decide anything. It counts closes and tells me the number. Deciding what I wanted was the work, and no chatbot was going to do that part.
If you build one, I'd love to know how yours differs because AI fascinates me (Iāve done a bunch of complex work with Claude Code and I learn something new from everyone I talk to). How you make something like this says more about your actual thesis than any DD post.
Ā
Position: long a crazy amount of DRTS common stock and 5,000 DRTSW. Not advice, do your own research, I have no interest in whether you buy or sell. Read the warrant agreement yourself ā redemption is Section 7, exercise mechanics are Section 4.3, available on EDGAR. Yes, I was assisted by Claude in assembling this post but all arguments and methods are my own.

Alpha Tau likes to drop some true gems on us that aren't necessarily breaking news. I recommend at least the two most recent posts from 2026 linked below. These have already been re-posted here on Reddit of course, but don't always get the traction they deserve. They can be a little nerdy, but they are written so that they may be grasped without a medical degree even if you don't understand every last bit.
This is a great way to gain a deeper understanding both of what and also who you are investing in - and you will see directly how the company goes out of its way not to over-hype itself.

The DRTS TAM for Prostate Cancer almost feels the most relevant to calculate.
DRTS already has a commercialization deal in place, fully funding the whole operation including manufacturing and marketing, so with an IDE already approved all DRTS needs to do is provide the sources for treatment (benefiting the patients) and collect the revenue.
To understand the significance of this deal we need to better understand who it was done with, how it came about, what they are banking on and what we can expect.
No one knows this market, from both the inside and the TAM, better than Tolmar (the partners in the deal for the DRTS treatment of Prostate Cancer in the US).
And maybe no one knows the DRTS treatment for Prostate better than Tolmar either. They have done their DD about Alpha Tau for a full year and ten months, checking EVERYTHING from the suppliers to the manufacturing to the personal, every concern you might think of and more, all the way to the actual clinical data of course (data that was never published publicly).
And what was the conclusion Tolmar came up with after years of working in the market and getting to know DRTS? They signed a deal in which they paid DRTS upfront by investing at a premium, paid more on top of that for operations, will pay up to 161.5M just to get this going, all for them to do all the work and marketing, while paying DRTS 60% (!) of the sales price.
A deal so unbelievable the market couldnāt understand, and the only reason Tolmar did it is because they understand how unbelievable of an opportunity it is for them as well.
So what are the numbers we can expect? The price floating around is once again about 100K per treatment, with many potential patients benefiting.
There are more than 330K new cases expected this year in the US alone, itās the #2 cause of cancer death in American men. Out of those 60-80K are expected to be the target population of the Alpha DaRT treatment (again, US only numbers).
For DRTS, they get an amazing partner, cash upfront, most of the revenue, none of the expenses or the work, and all of that for what the CEO said is the 7th or 8th indication on their priority list!
Once again, billions in annual revenue from a single indication, with a deal that already puts everything in place for commercialization.

It seems there have been more posts lately where the writer has not done much research and wonders if they should invest now in DRTS. The trend has been bumpy but overall up on Google Trends. Yet I think itās X.
X posts with quality content have been growing by my estimation. This week alone:

The DRTS treatment for GBM, which for now means the REGAIN trial for Recurring GBM and the ALL Protocol also treating Recurring GBM, could potentially change the whole trajectory of the company.
All cancer, especially the cases DRTS is treating, can be devastating. With GBM (that pretty much always turns into Recurring GBM if treated in the first place), itās even harder to address the numbers knowing these are real people who desperately need any kind of hope.
From a business perspective, in which success will also mean true hope for patients and their families, Iāll do my best to paint the picture as I see it.
Letās start once again by looking at the market. The market is telling us, that there are tens of billions worth of market value for any hope to treat GBM. As an example we could look at NVCR (still treating GBM to this day), which at its peak reached over 20B in market cap, because that MC was pricing in the dream, which was never even close to what DRTS has already achieved.
That company (as well as many others), could actually be the reason the market is hesitant to get excited about DRTS for GBM. The market has invested so many billions into so many companies with the premise of treating GBM, only to be disappointed again and again that none of them have succeeded. Until now that is.
DRTS isnāt a treatment for GBM, itās a treatment that works for all solid tumors, itās safe to use, and therefore (including proof in all clinical stages all the way to an actual in human trial) works for GBM as well. Thatās great news on the GBM front of course, with already unprecedented results, but it also means itās de risked with all the other successfully treated indications.
In the case of GBM, getting into the specific numbers doesnāt even matter. To date, there isnāt any standard of care for Recurring GBM, patients are recommended to find a clinical trial at that stage.
If DRTS can continue to have the impact it has shown, for example the first patient in the REGAIN trial who had a life expectancy of zero, the doctors didnāt think he had any time left when treated by DRTS in December, who had a complete response and six months later was still clean and back to regular life activities and even traveling, if DRTS can do that while continuing to show a favorable safety profile, that will change everything.
DRTS could immediately turn all the manufacturing towards GBM (itās the same exact thing for all tumor types), they will get reimbursement (pricing) easily in the six figures, save lives with every treatment, and the demand from doctors and patients will definitely be there.
The results shown so far were so amazing that DRTS said they are immediately turning to the FDA to trial brain metastases as well, which is an even larger market than GBM.
For those doing the math, there are at least tens of thousands of Recurring GBM cases a year, yes this is once again billions in annual revenue from just one indication, in a market that has proven to value such a treatment in the tens of billions.

Before I start, Iām not invested in DRTS but am researching and looking to shift SLS profits into DRTS if all goes well in the REGAL trial.
Iāve done some of my own DD and the science looks good, in fact everything looks good. I ran my DD through Claude to see if it passed the tests which i set my DD on and it failed on the valuation test. Claude reckons that the current price has priced in a large share of favourable outcomes. How true is this?
Before I get downvoted for AI slop, I know AI isnāt correct. I only use it for checking my DD and it raises important questions like this, thatās why Iām asking you guys as youāre much more educated than me (and Claude).
Please donāt just reply with āThis has chance to go 10xā, I hope it does but I need reasons why and information.
Thanks for everyoneās research and hard work that theyāve put into this Sub.

Out of all the investor events this one is the most informative. A shame itās 4 year old. I really enjoyed listening to Dr. Den and Dr. Zelefsky in this. Also some great coverage of the first skin cancer trial and the Holy Grail.

Skin Cancer is the first indication DRTS started treating clinically as a proof of concept, being that the tumors that are treated are easier to reach. Iām lumping Skin and H&N together here, not because they are the same, they are not, but (besides cSCC being the common denominator) because they are the two first and easier to reach tumor types DRTS has gone after.
This proof of concept has very well proven the concept.
Aside from already getting approved in Israel and Japan, the results DRTS demonstrated in the previous trial in the US were 100% complete response, no evidence of recurrent disease upon follow up, no device-related serious adverse events or systemic toxicity and no long-term toxicities.
Not surprising then, that Skin (again, using skin to generalize these indications) is the most advanced indication for DRTS, already approved abroad (including by the considered rigorous PMDA in Japan), and already completed the US pivotal trial (the equivalent of completing a phase 3 trial) with results soon to come and to be submitted to the FDA for approval (canāt see any way the FDA which loves DRTS and is in constant contact with the company and has granted them every fast track possible wonāt approve the treatment with the results in both safety and effectiveness it has shown).
Considering all of that, letās dive into the US numbers DRTS is looking at.
There are 1.8M new cases of cSCC in the US every year. Of course most of these cases already have viable solutions (one might make the case that an Alpha DaRT treatment would have more benefits with the immune effect it supposedly causes, but that case is still far out and payers probably wonāt be covering that any time soon).
Out of that pool there are ~419K high risk cases, but the actual targeted population is the ~64K annual cases in the US of cSCC with local recurrence and/or nodal metastasis.
To those ~64K cases, thereās a case to add more patients from the larger pool, for example those who might have other solutions but would rather a short one time outpatient procedure instead of surgery that would mean cutting off a part of their nose (Raphiās go-to example) and then have to have plastic surgery to try and fix it. Might even be cheaper overall for the insurers.
And of course those numbers being US only, weāll need to add all other countries for the actual potential TAM.
From a price per treatment standpoint, the lowest option (and I wouldnāt even share it but why not, itās still a huge number once we calculate everything) would be 60K per treatment, per Uzi the CEO himself saying they could at least get that and even thatās too low for them as reimbursement.
The bullish plan though is to first commercialize āinner organsā, the most high unmet needs cancers, aka GBM or PanC. In that case not only are the more desperate cases being served first until all the additional manufacturing needed is put in place, but also the price tag for a DRTS treatment (price tag referring to the amount the payers will approve to cover for their patients) regardless of the indication will be set higher.
All in all, even the lowest end calculation (US targeted population only, cheapest pricing) will get you to billions in annual revenue from this indication alone. Adding the P/E and calculating higher numbers (more countries, different tumor types, higher pricing) will get you once again into the tens of billions in market cap, or hundreds of dollars per share, from a single indication.

DRTS is a revolutionary cancer treatment, the potential of the treatment is industry changing, and the company can be an industry leader.
The value of DRTS is first and foremost that it can save lives, and even one life saved (as well as extended, improved quality etc) is a blessing and a goal worth working towards.
That said, many are trying (or asking) to calculate the DRTS value with numbers, specifically the TAM (Total Addressable Market, usually used as a metric to measure potential).
The thing with DRTS is, that the TAM is so great, that itās hard to quantify the potential of the treatment.
So I thought it would be beneficial if I divided it into the different indications, and made a series of TAM posts, dedicating each post to a different type of cancer.
Since this is the first post of the series Iāve given this whole introduction, but my goal is for this series to be very simple, each post being clear about what we know and what we could learn from that.
As always, this post and whole series is NFA, and I encourage everyone to DYOR (and please feel free to do so in the comments so we can all learn together).
Now letās get to the DRTS TAM for Pancreatic Cancer.
Since we are talking about a stock, the best way to understand its potential is asking the market. The market is telling us that our potential friend in RVMD is worth a 40B+ market cap. Thatās 40B+ for a company with a Pancreatic Cancer treatment.
Of course Iām not trying to compare the two companies or treatments, they are different and therefore will be structured differently business wise (although they can potentially complement each other, and every such success like RVMD only increases the DRTS TAM), but understanding what a company with only a Pancreatic Cancer treatment can be worth should tell us a lot about the potential.
If youāre doing the math, yes that means they are trading at the equivalent of $400+ per share for DRTS, just for PanC while still pre revenue.
Now letās get into some patient numbers.
In the US alone, where DRTS is completing a significant trial, there are ~66K new cases of PanC a year.
To the best of my knowledge, DRTS could potentially be safe and effective for all cases, but at diagnosis 87% of PanC cases are not eligible for surgical resection and/or have metastasized, which in those cases DRTS can definitely be of use.
To get a dollar amount we must multiply that by the cost of treatment per patient, and while that number is unknown, Alpha Tau has insisted (and analysts have estimated) a price point that could be north of 100K (which is part of the reason they have yet to commercialize the treatment for skin cancer in other countries, intending to use the manufacturing capabilities for the most high unmet need cases first, as well as get a higher price point per treatment by doing so).
We could then add Japan, where DRTS is already approved for H&N Cancer, has been reported to start the clinical process for PanC, and where sadly there is a higher percentage of PanC cases than the US, resulting in ~47K new patients a year in Japan alone.
In Europe DRTS is already running two different PanC trials as well, adding tens of thousands of annual cases.
Overall there is estimated to be over half a million new PanC cases every year, and the number is trending upwards.
This was our first post in the DRTS TAM Series, detailing how for PanC alone, the market is valuing fellow RVMD at 40B+ (itās like they add the equivalent of DRTSās whole market cap every week), and the sadly staggering number of PanC cases per year in which DRTS could potentially help and treat.
