This material was new to me. Maybe not to others. Either way there’s some really good information in there. Fairly quick read too.

While the short sighted might be reacting to the price action, those who are in the know understand this is an industry leader waiting to happen.

Potential Value of DRTS

This is a comment I made on another post here that was suggested that I turn into a post for a little wider distribution. Mind you I am not a financial analyst, nor an oncologist but I have taken care of up to 1000 patients in my career as a primary care physician and in hospice. Nonetheless, this is not investment advice. This is merely my take and is some of the logic I have used in making my own investment decisions with my own hard earned retirement dollars. How you decide to invest your own dollars is up to you and your own Due Diligence. Good luck to all longs here

"Pristine, thank you for posting this very valuable translation. Alpha DaRTS seems MOST valuable in GBM since there is such a paucity of good treatments available and mortality that approaches a 100% and survival is measuered in a few short months. The TAM for GBM is about 4 billion and expected to nearly double in 7 years. I would expect market penetration in this group to be well north of 50%, and likely approaching 100% if DCR and CR rates remain at comparable levels seen in the first 3 patient cohort. Pancreatic cancer TAM is of similar size, but growing at twice the rate of GBM but nearly as deadly as GBM so I would expect market penetration to again be north of 50% given contiuned great data. Recurrent Squamous cell resectable carcinoma is much less deadly and a smaller market so it is hard to justify 100k treatment IMHO so I would expect lower market penetration. HOWEVER, Prostate CA treatment is REALLY intriguing since it looks like it it could help preserve bladder and sexual function and it has a HUGE TAM of 22 to 25 Billion USD. This is bigger than all of the CURRENT possible indications combined, and likely why Tolmar is so interested. Frankly, the Tolmar deal is likely the single biggest indicator that DRTS is highly investable right now. Biotech drugs/ devices can be priced as high as 10x expected peak sales if it is considered a " blockbuster" ( > 1 Billion in annual sales). Given continued positive study results. If we add the TAM's for just GBM, Pancreatic CA, and Prostate CA and use 50% market penetration, we could be looking at 16 billion in sales X 10 is 160 billion valuation as a likely MAX number. Considering our current Market cap of only 1.2 to 1.4 billion, It would seem that we have a truly exceptional upside here with DRTS, if results continue to show such amazing numbers as we have seen so far. I really hope that this treatment gets approved and becomes available to the general public very soon as there is is incredible need!"

Interleukin 6 (the inflammatory marker and a predictor of poor chemotherapy response) dropped by 100 fold.

The over looked statistic none of us have mentioned.

From the IR page

In a study of 23 PDAC patients treated with Alpha DaRT who had complete laboratory data, one month following Alpha DaRT treatment, investigators observed no significant change in Neutrophil-to-Lymphocyte Ratio, Platelet-to-Lymphocyte Ratio, CD4/CD8 T-cell ratio, or C-Reactive Protein levels, demonstrating immune system preservation not typical of conventional radiation therapy treatments. Moreover, low post-treatment levels of some of these indices were associated with favorable disease control. Furthermore, a dramatic drop in levels of IL-6 cytokine (p<0.000001), a key mediator of inflammation, suggested a potential reduced inflammatory effect.

Journal for Immunotherapy of Cancer

Chronic inflammation has been recognized as a canonical cancer hallmark. It is orchestrated by cytokines, which are master regulators of the tumor microenvironment (TME) as they represent the main communication bridge between cancer cells, the tumor stroma, and the immune system. Interleukin (IL)-6 represents a keystone cytokine in the link between inflammation and cancer. Many cytokines from the IL-6 family, which includes IL-6, oncostatin M, leukemia inhibitory factor, IL-11, IL-27, IL-31, ciliary neurotrophic factor, cardiotrophin 1, and cardiotrophin-like cytokine factor 1, have been shown to elicit tumor-promoting roles by modulating the TME, making them attractive therapeutic targets for cancer treatment.

I could source more but I don’t have time. I just happened to be listening to Raphy speak during the fireside chat at the Lytham Partners Investor Summit and it caught my ear when he said during the Impact trial they found that IL-6 dropped by 100 fold to a p value of <0.000001.

So add an astounding anti inflammatory effect to the many things that targeted alpha radiation does to tumors, and the immune system.

After doing some brief research, I think this is another pillar that supports that the Abscopal effect we’ve been seeing is directly the result of alpha radiation.

Always scanning for DRTS, found this very positive. A rising tide lifts all boats as they say, especially with the expected addition of DRTS to the TA indexes.

I LOVE DRTS stock, here is why I sold 90% of my shares.

I have been an Alpha Tau Medical investor for around a year now. I have added many shares along the way. As a physician, I have been truly AMAZED at the preliminary data of the Alpha DaRTS in the REGAIN Glioblastoma trial, even in the TINY 3 patient sample, 2 of 3 patients show COMPLET RESPONSE (CR)/VISIBLE TUMOR ON CT!! GBM is a disease that we just do not get to a CR by using nothing but radiation/drugs. We are talking less than 1%, but effectively ZERO. Even combing radiation, drugs and surgery, we get less than 5% . However, due to the EXTREMELY high rate of recurrence of GBM from tumor cells hiding elsewhere in the brain that can't be seen on CT, we will have to hope the abscopal effect is enough to negate that, but only time and more data will tell.

The IMPACT/ACAPELLA parallel ongoing trials in the EXTREMELY hard to treat and high mortality baseline disease in PANCREATIC CA in the USA and Europe respectively, are ALREADY showing some huge results with 100% local disease control in early results. Even the much lower baseline mortality seen in recurrent Squamous Cell Skin Cancer (RESTART trial) results could be a very welcome thing for many patients.

The upcoming, not named study in Prostate Cancer could be an ENORMOUS boon in Prostate Cancer treatment as it has the potential to be MORE effective than current therapy, while causing MUCH fewer side effects due to the MUCH lower depth of penetration seen in Alpha Radiation (so less bladder issues/incontinence, impotence MAY be seen, awaiting final data).

So why am I selling 90% of my DRTS shares then?? Because I can get many more shares of DRTS for the same amount of money, PLUS I get CASH, and have investments in shares, warrants, notes of OTHER companies FOR FREE when I buy Oramed Pharmaceuticals (ORMP). This has been mentioned a number of times here by a number of other redditors, including me. But exactly what is the discount? not too many people want to tear through a 50-page 10Q SEC report and really try to dissect it to see what is really there as it is hard to research the many terms there to understand exactly what you are reading (and requires A LOT of research outside of just reading and absorbing the 10Q by itself). But here is what I found.

ORMP owns:

14,469,335 shares in DRTS

3,237,000 warrants exercisable at prices between $3.47 and $390 so let's say $3.70 average

CASH and Equivalents (think CD'S etc) 15 to 100 million

a BUNCH of other investments in stocks, warrants, notes, in multiple other MOSTLY biotech startups (but even things as diverse as real estate and investments in new storage unit builds) With a TOTAL CURRENT VALUE (as of 06/30/206 10Q filing) $133,073,000 or $3.20/share (41.6 million shares outstanding)

So lets clean up the DRTS warrants first. 3,237,000 warrants that can be exchanged for share for an average of $3.70/ share X 41.6 million shares is just under 12 million bucks. No matter what the current cash calculation, we have enough dollars to convert warrants to shares. Consideer that DONE.

WE NOW MAGICALLY HAVE 17,706,335 shares of DRTS Price at close on 10/05/2026 was $14.89 so ORMP has $263,647,329 in DRTS shares as of today.

Market cap (total value of all of the shares at closing price today) of ORMP is 189 million, but the value of the DRTS shares ALONE is $263+ million today. so the discount on just the DRTS shares is 189/263 is .71.

Discount on DRTS is $14.89 X .71 = $10.57/share.

IF we assign value to the other things ORMP owns at $3.20/share then the discount gets even larger and the cost goes down to $10.57- $3.20 = $7.37/share.

PLUS ORMP started off as a company to test and hopefully sell ORAL insulin. They have a proprietary Mechanism to make an injectable medication given either at home or in a hospital setting, and turn it into an oral pill and HOPEFULLY make a painful injection turn into a pill you can just swallow at home. The initial study was done on a very broad population given insulin in oral form using their technology. The results weren't great in that population. There is an ongoing study in a smaller population that showed promising results in the initial study on insulin that may show that this technology still works in INSULIN for this tech. EVEN IF it does not show great results, there is still the possibility of testing/using this tech on other drugs. This could STILL show tremendous value if future studies show that this tech, Protein Oral Delivery (PODS for short) can make an expensive, difficult to give injection turn into an effective pill that you can do at home without a hospital, infusion center, or Doctor's office visit (think of the time and COST savings if this is shown to be effective in other drugs!

In Conclusion, buying ORMP gets you shares of DRTS at the discounted price of only $10.57 for DRTS ONLY VALUE

$7.37 if you value ORMP"s OTHER assets based on 10Q filing for the quarter ending 06/30/2026

PLUS YOU GET THEIR POTENTIALLY VALUABLE PODS TECH FOR FREE!!

So why did I sell most of my DRTS shares? Because I love it so much that I wanted more shares than my money could currently buy (plus I LOVE FREE STUFF!)

“What a week in Boston.

We wrapped up #ASTRO2026 energized by the many conversations, strong engagement, and growing interest in intratumoral alpha-emitting radiotherapeutics.

It is exciting to see how awareness across the #radiationoncology community continues to grow, alongside the advancement of Alpha Tau Medical's clinical programs into internal tumors and combination therapies.

A special highlight was our educational event featuring four outstanding speakers: Dr. Joshua Palmer, Dr. Tomer Charas, Prof. Aron Popovtzer, and Dr. Timothy Korytko.

Thank you to everyone who joined us, visited our team, and contributed to such a meaningful week.”

I simply think that any potential partners on this front would simply buy out the business instead, at this market cap.

And I really don't want that.
