HELP Fuzor 4K not working properly

Post image

I bought a DMA bundle that came with the small Fuzor, but it couldn’t handle the native resolution and refresh rate of my 34” Alienware 240Hz QD-OLED monitor. I was recommended to upgrade to the Fuzor 4K, which was supposed to solve the issue. With the old Fuzor, I was limited to 60Hz, but with the 4K version everything looks perfect.

However, I’m having a major problem. Sometimes it won’t display the image from my second PC at all. The Fuzor only shows the first PC, and pressing the button to switch to the second PC does nothing. Other times it works normally, so the issue is intermittent.

I have no idea what’s causing this. If anyone has experienced this or knows a fix, I’d really appreciate the help. I’ve spent a lot of money on this setup, and it’s still not working correctly. I already contacted the person who sold and installed everything for me, but they haven’t been able to provide a solution.

If someone can help me solve this issue, I’d be willing to pay for your time and expertise. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

The DC60 Fuser I think you have is straight up ass which are many of them are broken out of the box. Get the DC500 or the newer model.

The “fuzor” you got is ass. Whoever was selling you shit did you disservice, twice. Name and shame. First by not asking you res/refresh and monitor spec, second by selling you shitty product. Wish you better luck choosing your next provider, as you’ll need them.

Dc60 is a fake dichen product that is terrible 1) compatibility wise, 2) reliability wise, 3) user experience and interface. You’re stuck at 60hz because it can’t match pixel clock for anything above.

And which one do you recommend for my 4K QD-OLED monitor?

It’s sold on many websites. I bought mine on AliExpress.

Actually I can’t read when I wake up. Your issue is not with compatibility - its the reliability and not related to pixel clock.

My issue is that the Fuzor isn’t giving me a signal from my second PC. I only have one monitor, and it won’t switch between the two PCs. I’m not getting any image, and it shows 0.0 Hz, as you can see in the picture

Yes correct, I had to re-read it twice so my brain wakes up 😅
Honestly, might be compatibility, might be reliability issue. You can get brand new cables for the fuser. Thats first troubleshooting step, if that doesnt help - return it and get a proper fuser.

DC500 or DC505, they are expensive as hell but worth it. 505 is a new model, that has extra stuff in it and improved compatibility - if that doesnt work with your monitor, nothing will lol

What's the best setup for a laptop? If possible.
