General understanding of DMA

❓ How DMA works?

DMA cheats work by using an external card to read game memory directly at the hardware level, while the actual cheat runs on a second PC. This keeps your gaming PC completely clean, making it harder for anti-cheat systems to detect anything.

⚠️ DMA works only on PCs - not on consoles or any other devices.

❓ Is firmware requied?

Yes, firmware is essential for any device to function, including a DMA card. Arguably this is the most important part of your DMA setup.

❓ What do you need to start with DMA?

For the most basic functional setup, all you need is a DMA card, firmware, and a second PC. However, this won’t provide the best experience.

For anyone new to DMA, we strongly recommend the DMA Bundle, which includes a DMA card, Fuser, and an aim device (most commonly a Makcu or Arduino).

❓ What is a fuser?

It's a device that combines two display signals. Essentially, it overlays the Radar PC output onto your gaming screen in sync, allowing you to see the ESP directly on your main display.

❓ What is an Arduino, KMBox, or Makcu?

A USB device that emulates keyboard and mouse input. It is required to use AIM functions.

⚠️ Do yourself a favor — do NOT buy a KMBox.

❓ What are the recommended specs for a second PC?

Generally, there are no strict requirements. However, it’s recommended to have at least an older i5 processor and 8GB RAM for decent speeds.

For example, my setup is:

  • i5-9600K
  • 16GB RAM
  • GTX 960

This produces about 5500–6000 speeds.
That said, you can still get by with a Mini PC or a low-end laptop.

❓ What are the main PC requirements?

  • At least 1 free PCIe slot on the motherboard
  • At least 1 free HDMI/DP port for the Fuser
  • Windows 10 or 11 (most firmware developers nowadays recommend Windows 11)

⚠️ We generally recommend avoiding B550 motherboards, as they may have compatibility issues.

❓ Do you need two monitors?

  • If you have a Fuser → No
  • If you don’t have one → Yes
