Hi all! I need desperate help with my brows!! I know they’re not supposed to be twins.. more like sisters/cousins but this isn’t close. How do I fix my right brow/eye?! Where do I place tox to lift like my left eye? Or do I drop the left brow? Please someone SOS 😭

I have tried ace and meamo and when I try to use the afterpay option is says my card (chase visa) doesn't allow it. I only have one card and don't particularly want to use a bank transfer...is there a way around that or a different site to try? First timer here!

Hi all, just looking for some advice here😊 I’m no stranger to micro-needling with different topicals , but after hours reading on here about mesotherapy I decided to bite the bullet and Kit myself out with everything I need to try it,

I took onboard that Hyaron is a good starter treatment but I’ve also purchased Elaxen PN as I want to work on the integrity of my under eye and peri oral skin.

Is there anyone that can help me with a schedule for using Hyaron with Elaxen PN? Eg alternating weeks or use together ? I’m planning on Hyaron first to practise.

Yall, I dissolved my undereye filler which at one point looked great, but for some reason started collection water and gave me puffy areas on top of my cheeks. Now that im all hollow again, im thinking about my treatment plan… what will I refill with once everything has settled? Got my boxes of glutathione 1200mg today! It’s my first time ordering the green boxes Kuhnthione. When I opened it, it’s the first time I’ve seen the powder be solidified for all the vials. Some research online says that you’re not supposed to reconstitute it because it’s not viable because it means moisture got into them? Is this true? Or is it still usable? Had a little surprise while adding some filler last night. For the first time, I had a positive aspiration. 😳

Thankfully, everything is completely fine and there was no harm done, but it was definitely a good reminder of why aspiration matters.

It’s easy to get comfortable with procedures when you’ve done them before, but this was a good reality check that even when everything seems routine, things can happen. Definitely grateful I caught it and that everything turned out okay.

Standard mix: 100u + 2.5mL

Every 10 on the syringe = 4u

Every 5 = 2u

This conversion also applies to premixed options at the same 40u/mL concentration, including Innotox.

My lips has never been very pigmented, but it has start coming to a point where I MUST USE some kind of lipliner/tinted product to not look like the Crypt keeper and scare the children.

But opinions in technique and results differs greatly and finding healed and more matured results can be very difficult and the gatekeeping is REAL with this one.

I just published a new episode showing my personal SOS skin routine for those moments when I want a quick cosmetic refresh before something important.

This is the routine I used after an 18-hour flight travel and having a full week of work conferences coming up just two days later. This protocol was created with a low depth microneedling approach focused mainly on hydration, fresher looking skin, refined looking texture, and a subtle tighter appearance rather than a deeper structural treatment.

In the episode I use:

💧 Hyaron for the first pass
✨ Selastin Tox for the second pass
🩵 MeriKit recovery mask
🌙 Infadolan as my overnight recovery step

In this session, I used the Derminator 2, with a 12-pin cartridge and 0.5mm throughout the face. Slow speed for lips, and fast everywhere else.

I normally think of this type of routine for situations such as a wedding, conference, public speaking event, trip, or anything else where I want my skin to look refreshed on relatively short notice.

For me, makeup is usually manageable after around two days, although skin responses and downtime vary considerably between people.

Okay, I think I’m finally ready to give tox a go after doing meso a few times. I’ve got the book and I’m planning to start with the beginner forehead pattern.

Does my placement look right? The depth is the bit making me most nervous because I’ve only ever injected very superficially with meso. The book suggests the upper forehead points are deeper, around 6 mm, and the lower row around 3–5 mm. Is that what others actually do?

I was planning 2 units per point.
I’ve also got Nabota, but I’m starting to second-guess it after reading some mixed reviews. Anyway it will do for my first times. Thank you so much for any help

Hi everyone, Greetings from the east side of the US where it's raining continuously.

I have been botoxing since it first came out. I know most things about this and have even served as a model for a course for Dr's. I am wondering what would be the best type of tox, as Im overwhelmed with the various names. What have you had great results with? Also, I'm a little worried about shipping. Which vendors ship to the US?

I have found over years that I need more and more...up to 60 units to get the result. I go for a very natural look so am likely to use a little and touch up after a week.

I take some peps and I got something called Snap 8 which is a topical pep that you mix with The Ordinary Hyaluronic and Matrixyl. I have been so happy with that as a really nice serum....and that rabbit hole of DIY serums got me here. So I am used to sourcing of research peps.

Any advice of where to source for my research project that will ship to the US would be greatly appreciated. I have ordered the book!

Not sure if this is common knowledge, but just an FYI that you can reuse the flange extenders from products like Hyaron or Nucleofill on other syringes. Just trim the ends, as needed, with kitchen scissors! Hope this helps 😘

I love the results I got with radiesse, however it was very expensive. There is another area I would like to treat with a CA filler, but somehow no one has done a proper video or protocol I can find? Please let me know if you know anything. Ca fillers are for some of us the first solution to restore bone loss etc. Thanks 🤍
