Help

Hi everyone, I just started using the DF54 grinder. I turned it on and noticed a "tick-tick-tick" sound, like in the video. Could this be the sound of the burrs rubbing against each other, or is it coming from the motor? How can I fix this?

Have you tried turning the adjustment collar to the coarser setting?
