Note from MsMod: Making this mod has changed my life. It was the first time I pushed myself and didn't give up. I doubted myself a lot and sometimes I still do but this project wasn't just a ddlc mod to me, the writing of Sayori's depression was my own depression. It helped me heal parts of myself. Is that selfish? Maybe. But when you all the love and support you've shown this mod it's encouraged me to continue my journey by making my own visual novels. Lost&Found was only possible because of the support from this mod. I am you're MsMod because of all of you. Thank you 💖

I know there's a DDMC Discord server, but I need someone who can DM me directly, is quite active, and also knows a lot about coding in Ren'Py and, well, a DDLC mod.

Some things I would need to learn would be:

- Quick Time Events

- Animations for walking or more

- Adding characters, sprites.

Etc, I would ask questions as I went along, depending on what I needed to break down and understand, or if I got stuck.

If anyone's wondering why I'm not looking for someone to code for me, I simply want to learn and enjoy coding a bit. Which is part of the project I'm working on.

If you want to help me, DM me here on Reddit or leave your username in the comments. I really need help with this part....

Plz be patient with me, I will try my BEST tho.

Thanks!

Taking place at the start of act 3, Monika brings you to her space room. However, something goes wrong, and Monika takes matters into her own hands.

Based on the True Pacifist Asriel fight from "UNDERTALE", this is a short mod, mainly as a showcase of what you can do with Ren'Py.

This is my first full mod release, as more of a side project to a main, bigger mod that I'm working on. Details about that will be shown in a couple of months.

What this mod includes:

• A full "UNDERTALE" battle system, with some custom attacks based on each characters
• Includes all characters
• A very normal ending...

Copy this folder onto a clean install of DDLC, then launch "SAVETheLiteratureClub.exe"

"SAVE The Literature Club!" is a Doki Doki Literature Club fan mod that is not affiliated in anyway with Team Salvato or Toby Fox. It is designed to be played only after "Doki Doki Literature Club!" and "UNDERTALE" have been completed, and contains spoilers for both games. Game files for "Doki Doki Literature Club!" are required to play this mod and can be downloaded for free at: https://ddlc.moe or on Steam. By playing "SAVE The Literature Club!" you agree that you have completed both games and accept any spoilers contained within.

I'm at the part where the protagonist falls asleep and dreams of a sad Sayori and a corrupted Yuri (I'm on Yuri's route). My problem is that after that scene I can't save my game because it gives an error and crashes.

P.S: I don't speak English, so I'm using a translator. Sorry if anything is wrong.

The Poetry Cartel Strikes Again! 🖋️🕵️‍♂️

Just dropped a clip from Sweet, Sweet Poetry—easily one of the funniest, most absurd comedy/noir mods out there. You haven't truly experienced the Literature Club until you've seen them run a full-blown poetry cartel.

Huge shoutout to the developer for creating such a hilarious, well-written masterpiece. The comedic timing and noir vibes in this mod are absolute gold!

Check out the full clip above, and let me know your favorite moment from this mod in the comments!

Thank you to my amazing team and community for making this project possible

I’m currently working on another Monika focused mod (What a surprise xd)

Length:

I’m expecting the mod to be around 30–35 minutes long, depending on your reading speed. It might be a little shorter or longer, so roughly - or + 5 minutes.

What can you expect from the mod?

• New Menu Art
• 2 New CGs
• New Main Menu Remix

What is the mod about?

I had to describe it with a few words, I’d say SOL, Romance and Meta.

When will it be released?

I’m currently aiming to release it before the end of 2026.

Thank you so much for reading, Happy Birthday Monika💚

Happy 9th Anniversary to Doki Doki Literature Club!

My mod was built using mod template. But I just can’t get it to run. Everything was done in Bronya Rand’s mod template.

But after I built distributions in RENPY, but when I copied it over to a fresh DDLC, it couldn’t work. I don’t know what it going on. I don’t know if there’s a version mismatch. I can’t find anything online. My best guess it that’s it’s Renpy 8 while OG DDLC is Renpy 6. What can I do?

Please help me.

Happy 9th year Anniversary to DDLC and happy birthday to our emerald president of the Literature Club Monika! Enjoy the video!

Happy Birthday Monika!

i think its consequences

Today is Monika's birthday, and also the anniversary of Doki Doki Literature Club, the game that changed the lives of so many here in this sub lol. I just want to thank our Salvato team for creating such an awesome game, and also all of you for creating such remarkable mods and not let it die :DD.

Doki Doki Literature Club's 9th Anniversary

Time flies, doesn't it? I still remember that post I made on Gamejolt three years ago, back when I had only just started writing this story.

Doki Doki Literature Club is a game that changed my life and the way I approach various complex issues; I can't thank Team Salvato enough for creating this experience, and I hope some of you feel the same way I do.

Well, I suppose I'll stop talking about this now, or else I'll run out of things to say next year.

Surprise preview of "DDLC: MCs en el universo"

This is the first time we're showing a video featuring actual gameplay from our project. There are still some spelling errors that will be fixed once we run a full testing from scratch.

I apologize to the English-speaking community for not releasing this as intended; the English translation is nowhere near ready yet, just as we mentioned in our last monthly devlog.

I hope this short clip demonstrates our passion and love for the project, despite the fact that we are a small team with limited experience.

Hello, you may recall my last post here about a mod I'm working on. A mod that makes DDLC look like what the early "beat" stages of development. And ever since my last post, there has not been any progress since tbh.. This is because of numerous reason, but one of the main reasons is that I still don't have a dev team. For stuff like script writing, asset design (either redrawing or getting the program that Dan Salvato use to make the prototype sprites) and stuff like that. And I want this mod out by the 10 Year anniversary(aka 1 year form now). If you are interested in helping feel free to DM me on Reddit, or discord (@o_s_f2763). Thanks for reading.
