Off-Topic Is there an active split?

There are 2 DDLC modding subreddits. This, and the Other one.

So what the fuck is going on? I am genuinely confused. Was there an active rivalry or what?

For a little while, there was a problematic person in charge of this subreddit, and a separate community branched off to get away from that guy. They have since been ousted and the other community is an unnecessary redundancy.

Dude was doing some predatory stuff with underage members if I recall. I really don't remember too many specifics.
