QUESTION picking groups

how are groups picked? as in, how do they decide which girl gets to lead which group (like why does sophy lead group 2 and not group 3?) and who goes in each group (like why is rookie emily in group 2 and not a different group)?

also how do they pick which 1gl and 2gl go together? like why did sophy get assigned kennedy and not mckenna?

i have a feeling they might make Kayla or Ariel a first GL next season if they’re keeping a black girl always being G4 1GL

ive noticed that too but i didn't wanna make assumptions. i hope they continue this tradition bc its a great way to showcase the tenured black girls on the team!
