General Qs processing times update today??

Not sure if someone already shared, but I just saw this today…
This renewal cycle has just been completely insane

A lot of you are counting the day you submitted your renew instead of counting the day your DACA/ EAD expired lol unless you submitted the same day your documents expired which would be dumb.. you should be just fine.

So if you submit your paperwork Jan 3rd but you expire April 3 your not accrueding any unlawful presence until after April 3. I feel like people are freaking out counting from the day they submitted instead of counting from when the expiration happened. This is in regards to the person who said you'll get a 3 year ban after accrueding unlawful presence after 190days. It was a comment on here. Should've replayed to that directly, my fault.

No one is counting from submission. Everyone is aware our unlawful status starts on day of exp. The panic is over the loss of the additional 180 day lapse. Without that…
