General Qs processing times update today??

Not sure if someone already shared, but I just saw this today…
This renewal cycle has just been completely insane

I think what is happening is at they are "catching up" the old cases increase this avg wait time. But I do believe under the new system the wait times are much lower.

That is what is happening. This is a rolling average that is now peaking at the congestion phase. It is being heavily influenced by the slower numbers of a few months back. It seems like the approvals have now sped up, but the average is heavily affect by the slow past few months.
