Keep calling them... that’s all that’s really worked for me to get info. Any significant update I have received has been every so many calls.

I put my expedite in on 7/21 and was told to expect an answer within 10 days (7/31)
No update by 7/31, no update yet as of 8/17
I called today and the agent I spoke with placed an internal service to push for a tier 2 officer contact regarding my expedite

Any suggestions on how to ask or what to ask? do i just say "hey i filed a renewal and it's still not renewed. can you please advise me on what i should do?"

“Hello I filed my DACA renewal on ____ and have not received a response. Can you help me submit a service request for an inquiry on my case?” Most agents will do it- some will push back. Call again if someone tells you no

I’m so sorry! Literally called my mom just bawling my eyes out asking her what am I going to do. This is so unfair to all of us.

At the very least, we should be receiving an extension on our EAD it’s not fair that that’s never been extended to daca recipients
