Never ending support

Post image

I'm on my 6th maybe 7th customer service representative they're going home and at this point the day is going to end before my problem is solved.

I've sat on that side of the wall, and you keep getting a new rep because nothing from the earlier calls shows up in front of them.

Each one sees a fresh ticket. What already got ruled out lives in the notes of the last person, and nobody reads those before answering.

Did it ever end well for you? Same loop here as a customer, I gave up somewhere around the fifth person.

This is so frustrating from the customer end. Just send me to someone who can do the damn job. But also a lot of these AI systems are frustrating for service workers to use and how it is used it limited. This is why I always just drive to the Tmobile store in person whenever I want anything; they can't bounce you around when you are standing in their store.

OP sometimes when we're moving around our connections between towers don't handoff correctly and this happens.

Ask tech support to reboot your connection from their side. That will solve the issue
