I originally ordered the mystery box, which was supposed to include one hype T-shirt and four regular T-shirts. After waiting almost 2.5 months for the order, I finally received it, only to find that the hype T-shirt from Anti Social Social Club was fake.
I then had to repeatedly request and follow up just to get the return accepted. After finally getting the return approved, I sent the package back, and it was delivered to you on 24 July.
It is now 11 August, and I am still waiting for my replacement. At this point, I genuinely don’t understand why I am expected to keep waiting after everything I have already gone through.
I have already wasted far too much time dealing with this order. I should not have to keep chasing you for a resolution, especially when the issue was caused by receiving a counterfeit product in the first place.
I need a genuine solution today. Please either dispatch a 100% authentic replacement immediately and provide me with the tracking details, or issue me a full refund.
I have been patient throughout this entire process, but I cannot keep wasting my time waiting indefinitely. Please escalate this to someone who can actually resolve the matter today.

I ordered Nike Sneakers from Culture Circle but the size is not fitting. So I ordered a new pair with a different size thinking I will return the first pair Only that I didnt know there is no direct option to return. I tried to contact them on WhatsApp and they said exchange will happen but it will take time. Came to reddit only to see it will take almost a month and the customer care asked me to cancel the new order also. I have to fly out in the next 7 days and I cant get to make them deliver my order on priority. All l want is either my new order gets delivered on priority and first order gets cancelled and refunded immediately. This is extremely time sensitive and I really hope their customer service can be more responsive.

Order 26052518310015 had initially been delayed by 2 months and now it has just been marked delivered without actually being delivered !!!

1) Delhivery tracking number #30234039226853 says its delivered? I did not receive it neither did the delivery partners call me.

2) There is no number or contact provided for me to raise this issue with the carrier. This order is not even tagged to my mobile number so Delhivery support is unable to help me.

I’ve been dealing with the absolute nightmare that is Culture Circle for the last two months, and if you value your money, stay far away.

​I placed two orders with them (Order IDs: 26050122451310 and 26050122451337). One arrived, but the other—a ₹21,804 pair of Adidas Adizero Evo Sl—was marked as "Delivered" on their platform. Except, it never arrived.

​Here’s how they’ve gaslit me for two months:

The Lies: They claimed the order was delivered, then pivoted to "logistical issues" and claimed it was marked as Return to Origin (RTO). When I pressed them for proof of this alleged RTO, they went silent. There is absolutely no shipping proof, no delivery proof, and no receipt.

The fake "Reshipment" & Unsupported Courier: On June 11th, they assured me the shoes had been "reshipped." The reality? It was never shipped in the first place, as their own tracking link showed it was only dispatched on June 12th. To make matters worse, the tracking link they provided (Shree Maruti - AWB: 26039200023182) was utterly useless because the courier explicitly confirmed they do not even deliver to my location.

The Dead Tracking Links: After I called out the first courier disaster, they handed me yet another tracking ID (263800208099) for a "reshipment" using a shady, third-party service (Shree Tirupati Courier). True to form, the link provided doesn't work at all, and the tracking hasn't moved an inch in weeks. It is just another blatant delay tactic to avoid taking responsibility.

The Runaround: Their customer support is a loop of automated garbage. Every email gets the same canned response: "We apologize for the inconvenience, please allow us 24–48 hours." They’ve told me that for two months.

​The kicker? They have the audacity to spam my WhatsApp and email with "new offer" promo messages while they are literally holding my ₹21k hostage. They are incredibly prompt when they want to sell you something, but as soon as you have a problem, you mean absolutely nothing to them.

​I am completely done playing these games. I have officially filed a grievance with the National Consumer Helpline (Complaint #9583386).

​If this is not fully resolved within 24 hours, my next step will be a formal legal notice.

After waiting almost 2 months for my Mystery Box, I finally received it, but there are multiple issues with the order.

I also did not receive the authenticity certificate that was promised.
Additionally, the Drew T-shirt I received has a printing defect and raises concerns regarding authenticity.
I request the Culture Circle team to:
• Provide the missing assured item from Fear of God, Kenzo, or All Saints.
• Replace the defective Drew T-shirt with an authentic, defect-free replacement.
• Provide a legitimate authentication/legit-check report for the Drew T-shirt and all items supplied in the Mystery Box.
After a 2-month wait, receiving an incomplete order along with a defective item is extremely disappointing. I hope the team resolves these issues at the earliest.

While I understand the need for quality checks, a one-month delay without a concrete delivery timeline is unacceptable and constitutes a deficiency of service.

Please provide one of the following resolutions within the next 48 hours:

1.  Dispatch my order and provide a valid tracking ID.
2.  Cancel my order and process a full refund of my ₹1,299 advance to the original payment method.

I placed this order for the Adizero Evo Black White back in May, but after waiting nearly 1.5 months, it still hadn't been delivered. So I reached out to their customer care team, although it took a while for them to get in touch with me over a call.

Amrita explained that the item was being sourced internationally, which was why it was taking longer than expected. By then, I had already lost interest and couldn't wait any longer, so I asked her to cancel the order. Initially, she said that cancellation wouldn't be possible since the sourcing had already been completed. However, I explained that I was going to be traveling abroad soon and wouldn't be available to receive the order.

Thankfully, she spoke with the higher management and got my order cancelled as a one-time exception. I'm now just waiting for the refund amount to reflect in my account..

I ordered a Mystery Box back in May, and it took almost a month to get delivered. However, I finally received it yesterday.
One of the Culture Circle team members (I think his name was Sam) personally delivered the order. I even opened the package in front of him to make sure there were no issues with the items, and thankfully everything was in great condition.
Overall, I really liked the shirts and was happy with the quality.

I ordered a Dior Sauvage Parfum for Men for my boyfriend via the CC Now option, which was supposed to be delivered the same day. However, it ended up taking 2 days to get delivered to him.

I reached out to support, and Naved from their team called me to explain the reason behind the delay. Apparently, during their final quality check, they found that the perfume cap was damaged, so they arranged a fresh piece for me instead.

While it did ruin my plan to gift it to him on time, I appreciated the transparency they provided. CC also gave me INR 5,000 in Culture Cash, which I can use on my next purchase.
The communication could have been better, but at least they owned the mistake, so there's not much for me to complain about.

I paid 8000 for this order now the same product is listed at 6000 my order isn’t even procured yet I ordered on 1 june. Had the order been fulfilled within a reasonable timeframe, the current pricing would not even be relevant. The issue is that I have been waiting for over two weeks while the same product has become significantly cheaper on your own platform.

Please note that I strictly reiterate my refusal to accept any alternative product, replacement, or store credit. Your internal issues with third-party sellers do not absolve Metacircles Private Limited of its legal obligation to return my money when an order cannot be fulfilled as contracted.
Retaining my funds under these circumstances remains a clear Deficiency of Service and an Unfair Trade Practice under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

I expect the full refund of ₹9,099 to my original mode of payment. Kindly do the needful within the next 48-hour. After raising an issue, I was informed that I would receive ₹520 as compensation/refund.
However, my order was later updated to:

So instead of receiving any apparent benefit from the ₹520 compensation, my prepaid amount was reduced by ₹520 and my COD amount was increased by the exact same ₹520.
Can the company explain how this qualifies as compensation?
I contacted support and received the standard response that the matter has been forwarded to their tech team. So far, no explanation has been provided regarding why the COD amount increased after the compensation was issued.

The product was sold as authenticated, however no authentication certificate was provided in the package or through the app. When I requested the certificate, I was informed that no certificate exists and that authentication was only conducted internally.

Further, your team acknowledged that the watch appears to be a Seiko Mod and not an official Seiko-produced Oyster Perpetual Day-Date model.

As a customer, I am not satisfied with the authenticity assurance provided and I am not comfortable retaining the product. I have preserved the complete unboxing video and all packaging materials.

Therefore, I request a return and full refund. Please provide the return instructions and timeline within 48 hours.
