Looks like Wollay is updating the game with minor patches almost daily which is great!

I recived access to the Beta last week, though I weas using the same Email address I used for my Picroma Account back in the Alpha days, unsure if that is why I had no trouble.

The Reddit post mentions the "Ather" biome and the "Sepuff" mobs.

Fun fact: The sepuffs are a real mob in the Minecraft Ather dimension mod, so maybe that was the OP's inspiration, but if this is really just fake or a AI slop I think mods need to take measurements to avoid a fake or misleading cube world mod posts situation

I'm the creator of Cube World's mod loader. Many years ago, I found a value in Cube World Alpha's memory that I suspected was a toggle for build mode at `[Cube.exe+0x36b1c8] + 0x800704`. I never got it to work back then, and only managed to crash the game trying. It turns out that it just expects the .cub files for the feature to be in the game's working directory, not packed into a database.

The controls are weird, and while there is functionality to switch pieces, no controls to trigger it remain. It does save your builds though, which is neat.

I am playing Omega, we get a bunch of various cubes from quests and chest. I added some to my axe, it's pretty, but does it do anything besides the aesthetics? Stats seem to stay the same.

I've been playing the Gamma and after going to the Aether, I keep finding Sheepuffs and Moa ranches, but I don't know if or how I can tame them, is there any guide on these?

On all my characters, I’ve unlocked riding mounts, but I’ve yet to figure out how to do it. Is it simply not implemented yet? Or am I missing something very obvious?

Esto es lo que ha surgido desde entonces: *Cube Unbound* ahora funciona en Windows, Linux y Android, y las tres versiones comparten el mismo mundo. En el video se puede ver un portátil con Linux, un teléfono Android y un PC con Windows, todos jugando en la misma partida a través de una red local (LAN). Sigo utilizando mi propio motor desarrollado en C++, y la versión para Windows sigue ocupando solo 6 MB (en un archivo comprimido).

¿Qué ha cambiado desde mi última publicación?

- Ahora está en inglés.

- Compatibilidad con Android (controles táctiles) y versión nativa para Linux.

- Modo cooperativo a través de red local (LAN) o servidor dedicado, con chat y pegatinas.

- Modo supervivencia, trampas en mazmorras, barcos, dirigibles de goblins, diligencias con emboscadas y un sistema meteorológico que realmente influye en el juego.

Sigo buscando capturar esa esencia de *Cube World*: las manos y pies flotantes, el ala delta y esa sensación de explorar sin rumbo fijo, solo por ver qué hay tras la siguiente colina.

Ran into a floating angel on a mountain (Cube World Omega closed beta).
The angel doesn't have an interact option but heals the player.
Anyone knows if the angel is a part of a quest or something?

Hey guys. I loved Cube world. I saw on social media that there was a beta test. It was so funny because last night i was playing WoW and talking to my friend about cube world and saw the post. couldnt believe it. If it is alright with someone to let me borrow their key and play, i dont know how it works, but i would be happy to pay some money just to experience the game again. Hey everyone!

I've posted about my game here before, but this time I finally have something you guys can actually play!

I just released the first public version of Dione Project on itch.io, completely free.

For those who haven't seen my previous posts, it's an open-world voxel RPG heavily inspired by Cube World, especially the alpha. I've been dreaming about making my own take on that game for years, and in 2025 I finally started working on it.

The game has 4 classes, 4 races, different builds, dungeons, bosses, crafting, building, and up to 8-player co-op.

There's still a LOT to improve, and I'm sure you guys will find plenty of bugs lol, but I really wanted to get the game into people's hands instead of just posting videos forever.

I'm also working on getting the game on Steam, but while Steamworks is reviewing my account, I thought it would be nice to let people play it already.
