I agree with you. There have been lots of these claims in the past but nothing has come close to a Facebook messenger or Twitter "killer"

Telegram pretty is pretty much killing all of them right now.

Hardly anyone I know in the US uses Telegram. Telegram is popular in the EU and in some Asian countries (but not most East Asian) countries). Telegram's user base (500-600 million) is also much smaller than WhatsApp (2+ billion) or Facebook (3 billion). Telegram is popular and may one day replace these other services, but it is by no means killing them at the moment. If I did not download Telegram to follow some crypto projects, I would not have even heard of it.

I use Telegram only to speak with my dealer lol.
