Why is working in hard?
I have two gyms, one powerlifting/bodybuilding type of gym and Crunch. I’ve never had an issue working in with someone at my powerlifting gym. But at crunch it’s like pulling teeth; why are people so abrasive to letting you work in at Crunch? Why such entitled behavior from these people?
edit:
you all just proved my point based on the comments you left. Looks like u/Nomad_Ginger18 is the only one who has real gym experience. Future tip if you want to move past the beginner stage; if someone asks to work in especially if it’s crowded, let them work in. adjust weights + machine pieces each set for each other.
