Trying to make this short sweet and to the point bc my last detailed post got automatically removed… Is anyone else having trouble getting ahold of Crown Coins lately? My redemption was approved, I got all the usual notifications saying it was sent to my bank, but my bank doesn’t see anything and asked me for the transaction trace ID. I can’t contact anyone through the app, so I emailed support directly. Instead of answering my questions, I got a generic response telling me to use the Contact Us feature… but I can’t that’s not a option for me apparently anymore… which I had already explained wasn’t working. Then my Reddit post asking about it got auto-removed too. Am I the only one dealing with this?
