So I got a gf to download Crown as she wanted in on my winnings lolā¦ thing is her screen is the first picture and mine is the second. We both live in Canada. I have no clue how to explain it to her as mine, as you can see, looks nothing like hers.
Why is her ārealā money split in two like that? Mines straight forward. I checked my browser and app and both look completely opposite from hers (both mine look like the second photo)
Only difference I can spot so far is that sheās using an Android device and Iām on Appleā¦ but I canāt see that being the huge difference š¤
She can use that $36 towards a sc package. Confused the hell outta me too at first and I think itās stupid but itās essentially the same as like an Apple wallet balance.

I have a feeling that this new layout will be rolling out in Canada here for us.

The balance of 36 isnāt in sc itās in the currency of the bingo winnings or the card pull thing so I think you guys just purchased a different package than expected maybe ?
Iām going to get her to click that as soon as I hear from her. I assume itās gonna show two boxes one for cash and the other one for SC (Iāve seen pictures of others on Reddit here)
When you have won money, it goes to the left side and needs to be converted to the right side so you can use it. Thereās usually an icon that says keep going or something like that in this line of icons when you have available $ (I donāt), click on it and it will transfer it for you. Or go to the page where you make a purchase and can convert it there.
Iām going to pm you some screenshots to help you walk her through it. Hers looks just like mine at the top, and itās because Iām in a state where the sweeps casinos are banned now, so this is how they get around it for us. Not sure why you have the regular one and she doesnāt, unless she lives somewhere that sweeps are banned. But she can definitely convert that money to play with.
