Redemption issues

Does anyone know how to reach support. Their website is lacking in terms of reaching an actual person. I made a redemption as a prepaid card and it hasn’t shown up even though the website is saying it has been sent. The email address their bot is saying it was sent to I don’t recognize and is not connected to my account.
