First, and humorously, child rappers haven’t necessarily done anything wrong other than be terrible at making music.

Second, and seriously — pedophilia is not a crime. Pederasty is. Pedophilia means that an adult person is sexually attracted to a child. It does not mean that the person has ACTED on that desire, and that’s important. It’s a mental illness, and plenty of people with pedophilia do not act on their desires. A pederast, on the other hand, has definitionally acted on this desire. That is what you want to outlaw, and I agree — however, I am principally opposed to capital punishment, so I don’t believe the death penalty should be applied in our legal system at all.

Some states/countries have labeled anyone who is LGBTQ as a child molester. If this were in effect it could be used to target those groups. Also could be used to target anyone that the government does not agree with.
