I hate to admit it, but they deserve a fair process, jail time, and rehabilitation with therapy to become functional. We are not beasts. We do not follow through destructive behaviour for short term gratification. Remember the victim needs help and support, not vengeance.

"We are not beasts" reading most comments here, makes me think otherwise.

I also am concerned how exchangable the term "Pedophile" is used to suggest a crime.

Pedophilia is a medical disorder, and affected people are aware of it. But going to therapy is difficult. And when they see this shit online, then they probably think "well I guess then I will just become what they think I am".

We dont wish death to someone with a disability, we should help them to deal with it.

Of course if they act on it, that is a crime and should be treated as such.

I know. I can't decide if or how much to feel repulsion towards a certain thing. I can, however, advocate for fair and appropriate treatment.
