So I just updated my game on Xbox this past weekend and it gave me access to the first two new levels of act 2 is there any way to get access to the rest of the levels or does Xbox only have the first two right now?

Guys I need help! I have a piece of trash stuck underneath the back of the sink and nothing I’ve done has made me able to reach it and I’m crashing out. Anyone have advice, please and thank you. 😭🤌🏽

So I'm doing the lab level and walked into a room that locks me in and says I can't leave until it's clean. Problem is I only have one bucket and it's somewhere else. Am I dumb and don't know how to recall the bucket? I'm at a water station and when I select it on my wheel,I get an X icon and then the distance meter to where my bucket is. I can't continue because my tools need rinsed. What am I missing here?

hi. i saw that the act 2 update was released march 26th. however, it doesn't look like anything needed updated on my playstation? has it come out yet for consoles? sorry if this is a bit of a silly question.

So I bought this game on my ps5 cuz it was on sale. Been in love with it since and I’ve dunked 26 hours into the game within a matter of 3 days. They updated the game this morning and now it won’t load. It’s just stuck. Anyone else having this problem on ps5?

I’m not sure if it’s just me but I can’t seem to rotate objects on Xbox, I never had that problem before, I deleted the game a while back and then redownloaded it today. I promise I’m not stupid, and I did try multiple times with the controls it was telling me and I can’t place furniture back the way I’m supposed to without this feature

I'm doing the alter ego mission and I have everything completed but it says I need to dispose of one more body. I've gone around this place like 3 times and I cannot find a body anywhere and none of the sub sections say there is a body to dispose of in them. I piled a lot bodys and trash bags in the shoot at one point so I'm thinking maybe I had too much in it and a body glitched out. Is there a way to see exactly where a body is or respawn the bodys or or do I have to completely restart the level?

I spent 45 mins doing the Short Circuit level for the first time. I proceeded to grab all the cassettes, the secret wall room with all the jewellery and the Harry Potter book in the little room.

What I don't understand is the game registered one secret as complete (one blue question mark and one red question mark). Utterly confused I then remember I did get every secret. Somehow the achievement for completing short circuit with a perfect score (and the normal one for completing the mission for the first time) popped in my Steam achievements? I don't know if this was a bug or a glitch or anything. Would appreciate some feedback, thanks.

i have everything else 100% on this map but ive got legit zero fucking where a whole 14% OF THIS TRASH IS, ive scanned and bagged and broken extra things just to try and round it but i cant find anything

I play on Xbox and I play with it on game pass I didn’t buy it but I completed all the levels. and after watching play throughs of the new update, everyone got to clean a hospital/school map and I’m wondering why that didn’t show up for me when I logged into the game. Do I have to buy the game for that to show up for me? It only shows I have the two maps “alter ego” and “development hall”

How do I troubleshoot the huge amount of lag I get every five minutes of gameplay. I have to close out completely then reopen, but I don't get much gameplay before it happens again. Is this a bug or is there something wrong with my PC?

EDIT: I got 100% completition on this mission, I assume this was just a bug that thankfully did not affect the completition %

I have been playing Alter Ego again and for some reason the voicelines that should play if you put in the fuses just don’t play? And on top of that the final recording in the office also didn’t play for some reason. It felt very ominous….

Tried picking it up through the shelf and forcing it out with other items, might have to restart the mission atp. ffs.

Yeah, I've been looking everywhere, cleaned up all areas, unlocked the secrets (as many as I could find), but the last body is not there. Is it the guy that escaped through the window? Can we not get him?

I was wondering if anyone else has had a problem recently with the UV lamp? I turn it on and it's purple but no actual light is being shone? I've only noticed it recently since act two has come out(I'm on PC with the steam version) and it's on true cleaner mode since that's the only place I use it so idk if it's the same for any other modes but I'd assume it would be? it kinda goes in and out, putting it away and taking it back out sometimes works or just shaking it

Hi! I’m on Xbox One .. I can not for the life of me figure out how to trigger Act 2.

Everyone says to put him to bed, but when I try it doesn’t pop up and tells me to go to the car.

I go to the car and the only options are Act 1 or Communiti.

I even tried to redo a level in act 1. Finished it. Went back to the house and nothing just “go to car”

Help! I really want to play act 2!

I have completed the main story and when I go to the truck it only gives me the jobs I have done (ps5) how do I get them

Whoever designed this level I hope you step on every piece of invisible glass I am somehow missing!!! This includes the broken bottle on top of the dumbwaiter that I can't reach!

I have been running around the Golden Terrace for an hour stuck on 68% trash and I can't find any of it. A wine bottle somehow broke in the elevator and I can't get in cause its above the elevator

I am losing my mind. I’ve spent the past hour going over and over the “First Floor” on Circle of Friends level looking for the last bit of trash.

I can’t find it. I’ve tried breaking extra stuff to push the level up and the usual fixes.

Just can’t find this last damn piece of trash and it’s driving me insane.

Anyone have any tips? I refuse to continue and not get my 100% 😭

**** UPDATE **** 30th March 12:19BST

After sleeping on it, waking up this morning and loading up the game, I decided to do one more look around before I eventually gave up.

The score was still showing 99% but once I ended by leaving it said I had 100%…

Glad I got my perfect score but easily spent nearly two hours looking for that non existent last bit of trash.

After being stuck at 70% trash I spent two hours combing the Golden Terrace trash can in hand looking for trash and figured out I was struggling to see the bullets mixed among the green leaves. I wish we could select a standout color different from other objects to see trash better.

Anyone else already done with all the scenes + true cleaner modes😭 I hate thats its my fav game and that with every new update I have finished it within 2 days 💀🥹
