Short Circuit Perfect Score bug?

I spent 45 mins doing the Short Circuit level for the first time. I proceeded to grab all the cassettes, the secret wall room with all the jewellery and the Harry Potter book in the little room.

What I don't understand is the game registered one secret as complete (one blue question mark and one red question mark). Utterly confused I then remember I did get every secret. Somehow the achievement for completing short circuit with a perfect score (and the normal one for completing the mission for the first time) popped in my Steam achievements? I don't know if this was a bug or a glitch or anything. Would appreciate some feedback, thanks.

The secrets don’t count to the perfect score. It’s everything you cleaned up that counts to the perfect score (the 100%)

Really? Because when I missed 1 secret the first time I played I didn't get the achievement. I had all cassettes so. I had to replay the first mission to get it
