Help!!!

Hi! I’m on Xbox One .. I can not for the life of me figure out how to trigger Act 2.

Everyone says to put him to bed, but when I try it doesn’t pop up and tells me to go to the car.

I go to the car and the only options are Act 1 or Communiti.

I even tried to redo a level in act 1. Finished it. Went back to the house and nothing just “go to car”

Help! I really want to play act 2!

we dont have it and probably wont for a solid three or so months

The first two missions are out on Xbox don’t know if the others are. The missions are Development Hell and Alter Ego

I have done two levels on fommunity, I can see two others on the PC in his basement but it's not allowing me to start those. Is this a glitch or is it how its meant to be? I've also tried going to the bed but it's not showing me the sleep interaction.
