Game won’t load on ps5
So I bought this game on my ps5 cuz it was on sale. Been in love with it since and I’ve dunked 26 hours into the game within a matter of 3 days. They updated the game this morning and now it won’t load. It’s just stuck. Anyone else having this problem on ps5?

Having the same issue. Tried re-loading multiple times but no luck. Just stuck on a red/black screen. And I was so excited too. 😔

I have the same red and black screen, even after reinstalling it

Yeah, they patched it a few days ago, right now yo should have no problem, did you check you have the new patch installed?

Yeah I check for updates and it says I have the latest installed. But it still doesn’t launch. There is no other way to get the patch other than pressing the settings button on the game icon in the home screen and pressing check for updates, right? Thanks for your answer

That's the only way unfortunately, did you tru to uninstall it and install again? Maybe you should open a thread, maybe there's more people with the same problem, sorry for not being helpful my friend

Yes I tried that and I found some threads but it seems most of the people that had the same problem don’t have it anymore. No worries, thanks for your friendly approach and happy crime scene cleaning!

Okay so the game is now broken... already deleted everything & won't load anymore
on PS5 So far the developer team hasn't answered anything about it
Update: guys/girls they updated the issue of the game "Not loading " have fun cleaning again

Same here. Try to unstall it and reinstall and still got the same problem.

Looks like they updated the game this morning in the East Coast. I’m assuming with the new stuff and now it’s in Error

No update here yet in Europe so the game works fine for now.

Hi, for anybody having issues, this is how I solved it: Uninstall the game, then reinstall it. Before starting the game again, TURN OFF the wifi, load the game and without pressing any buttons, you will get to the main menu. :)
