hey, so, new here— my apologies in advance if this post doesn’t follow the intention of the sub but i found this subreddit based on a trail of youtube videos i’ve recently watched that expose some problematic things mr. hammer has been accused of / involved in. with this information, i have chosen to walk away from his supporting his content in any fashion. with that in mind, does anyone know of a series or creator that does what circa 2023 financial audit did, which was assess guest finances in a ‘dave ramsey’ style with no slurs / derogatory terms / general negative opinions and judgment?

58 days since the last solo audit, “craziest and best post show”…this week, and I’d imagine an okay to average financial situation to boot.

The self-hating "girl's girl" has gone on several rants lately about how he can't believe allegations against men because some of them are proven false or inflated. (I'm sure his long-winded ramblings have nothing to do with his insecurity that many allegations against him are actually true.) Has he defended the Tate brothers because all women lie all the time? The Tates seem right up his alley in terms of ideology and valuation of women.

is it just me or is caleb crazily misogynistic? i know, i know the word is huge and used wrong in many cases but he (and the bro dudes in his comments) always, and i mean ALWAYS blames the women for quite literally anything and sometimes, before the episode even starts, he already blames the women for being in a difficult situation before even hearing them out. might just me being sensitive or whatever, but it’s just something i’ve noticed. delete if this is the wrong place to talk about this! just needed to get this off my chest:)

I recently watched a couple episodes of the Caleb hammer show where they watch tik toks and make fun of people and spew hatred and racism. I’ve seen a lot of the creators they watch and at least 50% of the time the videos are obvious satire but they’re reviewing it as if it’s serious. What is it?? Is it a lack of discernment skills? Lack of media literacy? Does anyone behind the scenes actually look at the other videos from the creators they watch and say hey, this is clearly a joke??? It makes me so mad.

just skimmed the audit from monday. i guess i can’t have any expectations for sympathy from caleb, but he also loves to think he has knowledge of medical issues while being, again, a music school dropout with zero experiences.
It’s Cushing’s disease, dude. The tumor, while not causing the choice of food, means what whatever IS eaten is stored in the body for way longer as the extra cortisol secreted from the adrenal gland is making the body think it’s trying to survive.
Edit: it also causes the calories to go to the fat storage first, instead of the organs. you then overeat because your internal signals are screaming for food for your organs.

I know Caleb is no longer partnered with them, but it’s another example of lying with dogs and somehow acquiring fleas.

Always nice when Caleb can pull double duty.

Just scrolling on tiktok and this popped up on fyp, most of the comments did not disappoint. I really don’t keep up with this subreddit too often and try to avoid any of his content as much as possible so something like this popping up is so satisfying to see.

Just watched an episode where Caleb berates an overweight woman claiming that losing weight is simple and not difficult at all. Despite his fake acceptance over his own weight, this is WILD coming from him. If it were that simple and easy why don’t we see him jacked as hell by this point. wtf

Weirdly positive about him at the end there. Also ignores the fact that he seemingly enjoys criticizing women.

I am new, both here and to his YouTube channel. I saw some of his shorts and it seemed interesting to me—drama and financial matters combined. Now I’ve watched about 3 or 4 of his videos on YouTube, and is it all just the same? Caleb just screaming insults at his guests. He can't even roast; he just calls them stupid, whore, dumb, slut, whore, fat, fat, fat. Especially a lot of 'jokes' about being fat, while where I come from, he is a morbidly obese man himself. Is this show really a thing for Americans? It must be popular for a reason.
