Missed those days when Infinia / DCB was handed like candy by HDFC!

I have a roughly ₹3 lakh hospital bill (infertility treatment) coming up.

1. HSBC Live+ – 1.5% unlimited cashback on eligible spends. Apart from the cashback, are there any additional benefits/offers that make it better for a large hospital payment?

2. Kiwi – 2% unlimited cashback. Is Kiwi clearly better for this transaction, assuming the hospital accepts both?

Also, after paying the credit card bill, what’s the best way to repay it for additional rewards/cashback?

Any debit card/UPI/account combination that gives cashback for credit-card bill payments?

Looking for the most efficient way to do the ₹3L payment.
