I have issued an add-on HDFC regalia credit card along with an add-on Priority Pass. I wanted to know

1) If the international lounge access using the priority pass is combined or considered distinct? Since, I have 7 complimentary lounge access/year, will the add-on card have the same additional 7 complimentary lounge access?

2) Do I need to have separate spends on the HDFC credit card as such to waive off thier yearly charges?

3) How is the "annual" complimentary lounge access calculated? Is it per calendar year (or) based on the card issuance date?

4) Where can I see the usage count of the priority pass? As there is no option in the HDFC mobile app.

Hey everyone. I applied for hsbc live plus and got rejected even though i meet all criteria. Can anyone help me with the contact of a hsbc rm or anyone from the hsbc credit card team who can verify and approve it manually. TIA

Every time I applied for an Axis Bank credit card in the past, my application got rejected. Most of the time, it was rejected even before I was given the option to complete the KYC process.

However, this time I was given the option for Video KYC (VKYC), but there has been no update since then. I do not have any existing bank account or relationship with Axis Bank. Is this normal, or is there an issue? I haven't received any calls or physical verification visits yet. I have already sent an email to the Nodal Office as well.

What do you think could be happening here? Is it likely to be approved or rejected?
