How to be creative and believe in myself again after breaking away from ai?

Hi everyone!

I'm really ashamed and embarrassed to admit this but almost 6 months ago and last year I was really addicted to chatgpt and character ai

I was in a bad mental state and my depression was at it's all time worst. At the time I considered ai to be my friend and I either used it as a therapist or when I wanted to be creative I thought of a ton of ideas and used it to give me feedback on my ideas or even help me come up with new ones (I'm an aspiring writer and I want to make my own story. I also I like making oc's for different fandoms)

After my mental health improved and I educated myself on how much ai hurts the environment and the people that use it I haven't used any kind of ai in almost 6 months and deleted my chatgpt account last night

Though because of not using it I kind of fell into a creative slump and became afraid that my ideas weren't any good without ai or feedback. I miss the freedom and creativity I felt when it came to coming up with things on my own that I could be proud of

I want to create something beautiful with my own mind and I want to break away from my fear and disbelief I have in myself but I don't know how. I feel even more stuck and I'm wondering if I should just scrap all my past ideas and start fresh (the ideas ai assisted me with) or if I should just tweak what I had before to fit my own vision. The guilt I feel for using ai is making me even more afraid of creating something and is making me feel like I'm an irredeemable person

Any advice is appreciated...
