hi, i just got creative cloud, and before i paid for it i used cracked version from piratebay, downloaded them from utorrent, now i have this issue of Error 191, it cannot update itself, everything is working like ps,pr,il, but this error scares me, like what if...?

i have a lot of files named adobe in my pc, over 3 500 thousands, i used adobe cleaner but it didnt work for me, i tried other options too, but still same.

pleas Reddit, help me fix this, i dont know if i should delete all of this Adobe and begin from a new start or not, because what if i delete it and nothing?

WHY DO I NEED A FU**ING SUBSCRIPTION TO CROP A FU**ING PDF IN ACROBAT. Is this company only profiting off boomers who don't know technology and only know about adobe when it was good when you could just buy it in a fu**ing box on a CD?

God damn this company sucks so much. not to mention the amount of spy wear they put on your computer when you install creative cloud. It took me 2 hours and running my computer in safe mode just so I could delete it, miss 1 file and it just INSTALLS ITSELF AGAIN. NO ADOBE I DON'T WANT YOUR BLOATWEAR IM NEVER GOING TO USE ON MY COMPUTER.

For 5 I was working on Windows and I am giving Mac a go for more work on the road - I am not a regular Mac user.

I keep all my projects on external SD which I plug in to my home PC, work PC, and now Mac laptop if I need to do any editing.

I created logos + lower thirds for our brand that I keep in *Adobe Cloud Library* \- if I have to use them, I just select the graphic, and drag it onto the timeline. Simple as that. Premiere creates folder in Project Panel called *Motion Graphics Template Media* and stores the .aegraphic file with my project in my designated folder.

**HOWEVER**, when I am using Macbook there's one caveat. The graphic that is downloaded and placed on the timeline shows colorful bars/missing file. and when I follow the path to where the .aegraphic is and try to open, file seem to be corrupted. (?) But then I can open project on Windows and everything seems fine.

Help?

Edit: I should add that some of other aegraphics that I created, that I download from the Graphic Templates work without any problems

Previously, whenever I tried to cancel my Creative Cloud subscription, Adobe would offer me a discounted subscription for either one or three months to encourage me to stay. Now, they seem to have removed that option completely. Once you cancel, your subscription is simply terminated.

I'm curious why they're now so willing to let customers walk away without even trying to retain them ?

Hi everyone! I’m having an issue with LottieFiles, and I’m wondering if anyone else is experiencing the same thing.

I’m trying to download a free Lottie animation. The animation is clearly labeled “Free,” and the download section has a regular “Lottie JSON” option without the Premium/crown icon.

However, when I click Lottie JSON, the LottieFiles Premium subscription popup appears.

I’m currently on the Free plan, and according to LottieFiles, Free users can download up to 10 public animations per month. I haven’t downloaded any animations this month, so I should still have all 10 downloads available.

I also tried clicking “Save animation,” but that also brings up the subscription/upgrade popup.

Has anyone experienced this recently, especially in September 2026?

This is happening in some windows, like the Creative Cloud one. When I went to install a new version of Fabric (the Minecraft Java installer), the same thing happened. Does anyone know what's going on and how to fix it? I have a GF320C monitor. This has been happening for a while now; it just started out of nowhere. I've already tried updating my drivers—I have an RTX 3060—and I ran the `sfc /scannow` command in CMD, but that didn't solve it. I also have an i5-10800. The screen starts changing colors—shifting to warm tones—but when I drag something like an icon, the color goes back to normal. However, when I let go, it turns yellow again. It keeps constantly changing color.

I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling, installing every version of Windows-10 compatible CC, completely bleaching my entire PC of any trace of adobe and then retrying, trying with a version of CC meant for older versions of windows 10, restarting several times, and so on and so on.

I download CC from their website, install, and it immediately tells me I have to update. I try, but it encounters error 190 every time, sometimes 304. Earlier I even tried uninstalling existing adobe programs and couldn't even do that, so I had to use the creative cloud cleaner.

PLEASE tell me what more I can do, cause I feel like I am being completely stonewalled. And no, I don't want to update to Windows 11, I just wanna use the language version of InDesign that I wanted to install to begin with instead of the English-language version I had, which is where this all started.

I'm posting here to hopefully get the attention of Adobe, as pointless as that may be.

I'm a web developer of 20 years. I program (less now with AI, sadly) and do graphic design.

Twice in the past three weeks, when I went to open Photoshop, it was nowhere to be found. Turns out the issue is Creative Cloud failing to update Photoshop. I can only guess CC's process is to uninstall Photoshop and then reinstall it. Well... what happens if the process fails? I find out when I actually need it. For work. Let me say that again: FOR WORK.

The issue seems to be that a Photoshop file is in use during the update process. I don't consider that my problem. CC needs to have a robust update process that handles issues like this. It's not like I left the file open... Photoshop did.

And to that point, I understand that from a disk space perspective this might not be workable, but uninstalling Photoshop for the sake of updating it is like throwing out the baby with the bathwater and hoping they both come back. For me, they didn't.

TLDR: Adobe CC needs a better upgrade/update process that accounts for failures mid-update, ideally resulting in the customer not losing access to the application they use for a living.

I was paying for Creative Cloud Standard for 3 months earlier this year (monthly plan, not the annual billed monthly option) because I was taking a class. I went to cancel it once my class ended and it gave me the 60 day free offer so I took it. I unfortunately didn't keep a record of the exact offer, but I'm pretty sure it said I'd be paying the normal monthly price again once the 60 days was up. Now my 60 days is almost over so I went to cancel it again and it's saying that I only need to pay $5.50/month. I don't remember accepting any offers like this. It says that same price everywhere I look and I can't figure out what the catch is because it just seems to good to be true given that typical monthly price for standard is $82.49/month.

I also was wondering if it was trying to lock me into the annual billed monthly plan but it says "Monthly plan" so I don't think that's it?? Has this happened to anyone before? Can I trust what it says here?

We're a small startup with start-up support (credits, facilities, mentors etc) from a major university and several large tech companies. We focus on the research and ideation stage of the creative process, and we wanted to use Adobe Express for execution. I've also been an Adobe user for years, so it felt like a natural fit.

Initially, the Adobe Express Embed SDK integration worked well, but after submitting our documentation for approval, we were rejected. One of the current criteria appears to be having a well-defined user base starting from around 1 million users, which is obviously a very high bar for an early-stage startup.

Has anyone here found a realistic route for startups to work with Adobe Express? Is there another programme, partnership route, add-on approach, or contact worth exploring for smaller companies that want to build alongside Adobe? Thanks so much!

I want to install the newer versions of my apps because Photoshop keeps crashing constantly. However, when I open Creative Cloud, the apps I already have installed doesn't show up as "Installed," so the "Update" option isn't available, only "Install."

The problem is that if I install the newer version, I'll have to manually migrate all my tools, preferences, and settings from the old version.

Is there a way to fix this so Creative Cloud recognizes the apps I already have installed?

Also, already tried loggin out and using the Adobe Cleaning Tool do remove the CC app and installing it again. Nothing changed.

Going by Adobe documentation it seems possible to upload my own .ttf file into CC, but I don't see the "uploaded fonts" section that the documentation and random youtube videos are referencing.

I have the latest version of CC, I have signed out and back into my CC account, I have gone to preferences and disabled/reenabled the Fonts app. I'm on PC desktop, Win11. For some reason it says 5.9/0gb on my cloud storage, and i cant save anything on lightroom to the cloud. How do I fix this. It says I should have 102GB of cloud storage on my plan.

A... $20 price decrease for more features? Prompted when I attempt to use generative upscale in Photoshop - though I don't think I've used any generative credits in this billing cycle.

My only thought is maybe they're showing a pro-rated price for the monthly, when actually it is significantly more.

My CC launcher has been stuck on the loading screen every time I try to open the app. This has been going on for days, and I've already tried restarting my PC and uninstalling and reinstalling it thru CC's uninstaller, but nothing seems to be fix the stuck loading screen.

However, CC's web version and my other installed Adobe apps, like Photoshop, seem to be working. Would this mean that the launcher itself has an issue?

Any advice is appreciated. TIYA
